Jan 12,2022I cannot recommend these bras enough! I am a B cup so have never felt like I needed support, I'd wear bras loosely and even size up for comfort. My mum kept recommending No1 Bra and I just didn't want to spend the money until she got me two for Christmas. THESE BRAS ARE GAME CHANGERS!!! I didn't realise how uncomfortable my other bras were until I wore the Cara and Kelly and have since purchased one for my MIL and Nan because I love them so much and they have both since said they love them! I now hate putting them in the wash because I'll put an old bra back on and feel so uncomfortable all day - something I never even noticed before. For any ladies that have a little overhang under the armpits, I've noticed that the band width on these are wider than your average bra so no more rubbing! 10/10 don't waste your money anywhere else.

Jan 11,2022Absolutely fabulous service. Kim and Lucy were really nice and very helpful. The first bra I ordered was too big then after a lovely chat and another few chats I was sent several bra's too find my correct fit. Nothing was too much trouble.

Jan 10,2022I ordered my usual size bra, when it arrived it was too big so I returned it - I thought hey ho yet another bra company that offers great bras but end up in my drawer unused. Kim then contacted me and I had a telephone measuring session which indicated a smaller cup was needed. Kim sent two bras for me to try Ava and Kelly, I was not too hopeful but I was very surprised- both bras are great! I don’t feel the need to rip them off in the evening and my back is less sore with the great support. I’m a 36F. Thank you.

Jan 09,2022Update: After finally being contacted again i received an apology, an offer of a small apology gift and the offer of sending a replacement product all of which i now regrettably accepted. Sadly once again there has been no acknowledgement and after a week past i have again requested an update and still nothing! Clearly there are serious customer service issues and customers are being let down. I have no option but to rate down to one star. An initial really helpful service but additional bras that were sent out to try to improve the fit were in the wrong colour. When additional fitting advice sort with request for correct colour no response despite a number of chases. Everything returned in December and still awaiting refund - again request for update is not responded to. Such a shame that poor customer service has tainted my view.

Jan 07,2022Dreadful customer service and poor quality products. Returned items on the 13th Dec same day I received order. Still waiting for refund after several emails and phone calls….. The pair of knickers they added as a gift was non returnable guess they will be charging me for those…. Fabric feels like a mosquito net!!! Went straight into the bin….

Jan 06,2022I purchased the non padded bra and it fits perfectly it is the best and most comfortable bra I have ever bought, it was more expensive than any other bra I have purchased but it is really worth it.

Dec 10,2021I returned the bra I ordered due to the poor fit. I cannot comment on the quality. According to my tracking information the bra was delivered back to No1 bra on the 22nd November. When I contacted Customer Services they confirmed they had received the item on the 23rd November. What happened to the email confirming they had received it I don't know. The policy on their website states a refund will be sent within 10 days of the item being returned. However, 20 days on I still have no refund. I have contacted Customer Services who were mainly interested in selling me another bra. When I explained that the original didn't sit against my breastbone I was told not to worry as it wouldn't show under my clothes!! Not the best fitting advice.

Dec 04,2021I highly recommend this company and their products. I recently bought 2 bras from them and can truly say that I have never worn such comfortable and well-fitting bras in my life! The quality of both bras, (I bought the Kelly and the No Bounce Back Active sports bra), is exceptional. On top of this, the time and effort they put into ensuring the sizing was perfect, as well as the general customer care, made the whole fitting and purchasing experience a pleasure. I will certainly be a return customer in the near future and have already recommended them to my friends.

Dec 01,2021I bought 2 bras & 4 pairs of knickers. Service was great & delivered very quickly. Well packaged & presented & reasonably priced too. But these are definitely not the revolutionary bras that they say. I don't find then any different to others I have. And little things too, like sharp knots of cotton & edges of elastic where not made with attention to detail that I had to cut off as they were rubbing my skin. Can't fault the service, but not a great product

Nov 26,2021I would recomment No1 bra to anyone struggling to find the perfect bra. The knickers are really comfortable too you barely feel you're wearing anything. Excellent customer service, go above and beyond to help you find the right fit. I just placed another order!

Having quite large boobs and struggling for the majority of my life to find the right bra, I finally found the perfect fit in no1bra. I was amazed by how it made me look and feel. Definitely like no other bra out there! The designs are stunning and the packaging is beautiful also. Their customer service team are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Nov 16,2021I was lucky enough to win a competition via Red magazine to ‘win your full bra-drobe’ of No 1 bras. If you haven't already done so, I would highly recommend that you try these bras. You can tell that they have been designed by women and that a lot of science has gone into the design of the bras. They are just what you want; pretty, flattering yet incredibly comfortable. I tend to wear bodies as bras can be so uncomfortable but not these bras. They don't dig in as many bras do, so are lovely to wear. The staff at No 1 Bra have been incredibly helpful, arranging a fitting and sending me not only four bras but a beautiful body and a range of knickers to go with the bras, each as pretty as the other. My favourite bra is the Cara, it is luxurious and has the feel of a bra costing twice as much. The body based on the Cara is also so pretty. Even the more ‘everyday’ bras have a touch of lace and the No 1 Bra logo which set them apart from other more functional brands, but their USP is that they are shaped to fit perfectly so are so comfortable to wear. Try them, and tell your friends, you won't be disappointed.

Nov 15,2021I have been searching for years to find a bra that is comfortable, that is one that does not dig in or straps slide off shoulders. I can honestly say this Bra is great, I have been wearing for a couple of days now and it is wonderful. No digging in, no straps slipping off. Pure bliss now wearing a No1 bra, can't believe how comfortable it is, at over 60 yrs old have finally found a bra that is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. So ladies I highly recommend getting this bra, I will be buying more.

Jan 19,2022Whilst I had no problem with the quality of the bras they were just not for me, the refund process on the other hand was not good of quality. Firstly it is not 100% crystal clear when you add knickers to the basket that these are non refundable - £60 down the drain. I have ordered knickers from Bravissimo, John Lewis, Marks and Spencer and have been able to return them. Although it does say in the full description that these are not returnable this is further down the page. When you click on "people also bought" you just see the knickers, size, add to bag etc, you have to scroll down to the detail to see this information. The knickers are destroyed, these were not even tried on as I did not like the bras on me, so six pairs of £10 knickers are destroyed - in a world where we are all trying to consume less perfectly good knickers are destroyed - I am still quite taken aback by that. I would suggest that the wording that the knickers are non refundable is moved to a clear and transparent place. Secondly my goods were returned - I returned two orders in one package as there was no need to return them separately. These were returned promptly but I had to chase for a refund. The refund eventually came through but I had only been refunded for one order. The other order was "flagged due to returned knickers". I am not sure what this means but there were two bras in that order which are returnable but I had to consistently chase for the refund for the two bras I returned. Very painful refund process.
