A very warm welcome from North Uist DistillerySteeped in Hebridean history, but always forward thinking, our family run distillery in the Outer Hebrides produces some of Scotland’s very finest artisan spirits including the multi award winning Downpour Gin range and our soon to launch Nunton Whisky.

Nunton Steadings Built way back in the 1700s, the beautifully historic Nunton Steadings building is the place we call home. Situated in Benbecula, right at the heart of island life, it’s where we proudly bring Whisky production back to our islands. Currently under restorations work, our B-listed building is undergoing some loving attention to bring it back to bustling island life. The packaging looks to have had a lot of thought put into its design and is spot on making a wonderful product very special. Delivery was as promised and arrived on time and with no damage to contents. Well done all round and congratulations on your amazing venture!

Additional features such as cocktail recipes, gin tasting experience, places to stay to experience life on the island makes the site interesting to navigate. Gin arrived very quickly, well packaged in sustainable packaging. Lovely hand-written note made me feel like a valued customer. Will be back for another bottle!
