He was extremely friendly and professional, had a video call with us to understand our needs, and secured us the best deal on the market, as well as preparing all of the documentation and application for us. He proactively looked for better offers and we were able to cut our mortgage rate 4 times before completion. This is all at no additional cost as the mortgage broker fees are paid by the mortgage lender.
