Apr 20,2025I bought a Man City Haaland jersey for my 8yo as a birthday present, and the size I bought ended up being short for him. So I reached out to customer service to get it exchanged for a size bigger, and they wouldn't do that. The reason I was given was that it was a "personalized" kit, when there was actually no personalization other than Haaland's name and number 9 at the back of the jersey. It shouldn’t be that hard to get a size replaced and accept the jersey which is not worn, as new, and can be sold to someone else.
