Jun 29,2024We have had an awful experience since the beginning 6 weeks ago. Olin disconnected our service to provide service to another neighbour. This took 12 days and copious phone calls to rectify but the service is unreliable and irratic suggesting a terrible installation and no access to their tv as promised. This week again we have issues. We are told it is a general outage which is not correct as we checked with neighbours. The general outage was fixed but ours is still not fixed. They do not listen after 15 phone calls they treat us as children. Today they finally responded saying we have an issue, hurrah which they will aim to fix in 72 hours. They have known about our issue since Monday and not listened. We just want the service they promised with a proper and reliable installation
