May 03,2023Don't even bother to become a costumer, it was great when it was olivenet but now it's the worst. We ended our contract after two months with nonstop connection issues.

Apr 28,2023They did buy the clients and network of olivenet but they don't employ people for maintenance. Olin.es many times down and you cannot contact them by email or web Help to make them bancrupt and get better service after.

Apr 20,2023Olivenet funcionaba muy bien y ahora es imposible ponerse en contacto con atención al cliente. No hay forma de encontrar el teléfono y no contestan a los correos. No es posible descargar las facturas porque no funciona correctamente la página. Ha empeorado notablemente el servicio.

Apr 18,2023Olivenet were great. 3 years without a single problem. They even brought fiber to my street. Now they are olin you are better off with a tin can on a string. 27 calls to customer service each one cut off after 4 or 5 minutes of holding meanwhile internet completely down.

Apr 13,2023Desde el cambio de Olivenet a Olin el servicio ha empeorado notablemente. Es muy difícil contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente por teléfono y no están en redes sociales. La página web es muy mejorable y no te deja contactar con atención al cliente por otra vía, sólo por teléfono. En marzo me cobraron el doble que debían además de otros problemas con la factura. Mi permanencia termina a finales de junio y voy a mirar las otras opciones disponibles.

Apr 10,2023Since the change from olivenet to olin the service sucks. They removed all options to contact their support, only possible by form on their website. Impossible to login to my account page, impossible to contact them. Tried to call them from outside Spain, after 1/2 hour waiting disconected. Phone bill €30! Thanks for nothing! I've done 5 attempts to contact them thru their website and ended with no response. 1 month later now still no answer!

Apr 02,2023Terrible service. WiFi services is constantly down or slow. Try call customer services held on the line for over 20 minutes no one picks ups tried multiple times no answer. Would not recommend to anyone. Joke of a company gonna switch soon at this rate.

Mar 28,2023Been in the Olin office now for 75 mins . Still waiting to be seen . Two people working only one seeing to customers . When it was Olivenet there were 5 people working here . Had no WiFi for 5 days . Technical phone line never answers. Total shambles . GO TO MOVISTAR

Mar 22,2023I was migrated to olin from olivenet, they just removed all options to contact their support and doubled my invoice without any notice. All my attempts to contact them ended with no response so next step is to make a dispute via bank.

May 17,2023¡Mucho cuidado! Llevan cobrándome 46€ todos los meses y con cada mes que pasa me incrementan entre 12 y 13 céntimos mensualmente. A todo esto tengo un contrato de 34 € al mes. Les llamo y no hay manera de contactarles. Increible
