Dec 31,2024The product was great, arrived within a week, but my initial inquiry took almost a week to respond back to me (Just asking if I could go to the store and purchase the product directly.) Online inquiries need to be handled faster if you are only going to be dealt with via online and not in person or over the phone.

Nov 17,2024I bought a ZQ chair 13 years ago from an RTX event, it has been a solid workhorse every day. Comfortable enough to use for 12 hours a day if you need to. Hoping it's replacement is just as good! Also the socks are my sisters favourite!

Nov 12,2024Ordered online back in may 2024, chair was listed as in stock, didn't ship and I got switched over to a "preorder" for the 2025 version of the chair but was only informed when I asked customer service. Was then offered "premium upgrades" as compensation for the order delay Received my chair in October, no issues with it but didn't receive the upgrades, contacted support and still nothing. Overall, really disappointed with my purchase experience and the response. I will be looking elsewhere before purchasing my next chair

Sep 11,2024Bought replacement Wheels for my chair as the original ones fell apart these new ones failed within a month..... Contacted ZQ Racing only to get a response one week later saying they will come out to replace them and to let them know an appropiate time which I did now its been two weeks and no reply

May 27,2024Unlike some chair manufacturers, ZQRacing makes it very easy to get repair and replacement parts for pretty much an entire chair. I've had my gaming chair for seven years so far and it is still going strong, despite daily usage for work and gaming.

Nov 15,2023I have had my chair for a couple of years now, structurally sound, but the upholstery i rubbish. Peels and flakes leaving an awful mess everywhere. Get a manufacturer that will put better quality vinyl on your chairs.

Oct 22,2023As soon as the chair reached the 2 year warranty, many elements of it started to fail. This was most evident in the upholstery material that began to flake all across the chair, leaving bits of it all over my office. As a point of comparison, my partner bought a SecretLab chair at the same time, and has never come across such awful product failings. I reached out to support, and they were deeply unempathetic to the situation, saying that I should simply purchase another chair. I will never purchase another one of these chairs again.

Aug 28,2023We use ZQ Racing chairs for all out office staff. They are a great robust product that is extremely comfortable, hard wearing and are local to the brisbane area. . We can access parts should we need too and the delivery is super fast. Love this product. Highly recommend their product.

Jan 01,2025just disappointing that the Vegan Faux Leather begins falling apart rather quickly. constantly cleaning up the mess as the covering quickly falls apart. For the price I might as well have gone for something slightly more expensive and got real leather which would last
