Te quedas sin internet de buenas a primeras sin darte explicaciones,tecnicos sin formacion que vienen a poner internet a un vecino y dejan sin internet a toda la calle,en fin yo cai pero para los demas no caigais son unos estafadores
I understand the calamity that was caused when the systems migrated from Olivenet to Olin, but my recent problem has been rectified with minimal hassle. I reported my mobile line was dead yesterday morning and the person I spoke to tried to be very helpful in resolving the issue. A technician explained later in the day that I would need to visit an office to obtain a replacement SIM. When this was done today, someone called to confirm that I was happy with the result. I understand no technical Spanish but the advisors all spoke to me in clear English. Sometimes, things go wrong, but it is not worth getting upset, or angry. A solution is never far away.

I can’t imagine worst company for internet. No customer service, unstable internet even with 500 mbs contract. It is terrible.
Es muy lamentable la atención al cliente y el servicio. Tardan 4 meses y 3 llamadas de teléfono para que me envíen mi contrato con una modificación de tarifa. Me pasan de 100 a 300MB y con test (POR CABLE) nunca se supera los 80MB. El técnico queda en llamarme y no lo hace. Me quiero dar de baja y tardan en enviarme contrato y me obligan a ir a la tienda a devolver el router. Servicio pésimo y trato nefasto.
Unable to contact them on any number. Their main telephone number just does not connect. Really poor service and company.
Rather poor Quality and stability. Seems to have quite poor peering with most services not within Spain (streaming, Microsoft 365, gaming etc.). Worst problem is frequent cut-offs that “correct themselves” after hours or days. Telephone number to support is disconnected (or they use SIP/IP telephone on their own network 🤭) and you cannot get a hold of them to terminate contract… 🤬 Was quite satisfied with OliveNet for 8 years before they sold the division 😢

Horrible support service, no answers to calls or letters. But the money is withdrawn from the account exactly on schedule.
They don't deserve one star, but there's nothing lower. They just rely on a very poor web site for service. And they have fixed pages so you can't even google translate. Unless you speak / read fluent Spanish forget this lot.
Todo lo malo que dicen de la compañía, es poco. No funciona nada, ni atención al cliente, ni el wifi que has contratado, te cobran servicios no contratados....etc. lo que en economía se llama un chiringuito.
I have been customer on OliveNet for many years, but since change to Olin customer service and connection is absolutely ridiculous. This morning my internet went down and after 2 calls to Technical support and 43 minutes being on hold I got to talk to customer service and not Technical support. My first call was just put on hold without any answer and on my second call I was told that I will receive a call within next 48hours to organise house visit depending on their calendar availability. No explanation has been given what has happened, nor anyone tried to sort out my line. I had never experienced such bad service. Don’t think this company deserves any stars at all.
Olive net was brought by olin. My phone has been disconnected or not working correctly my WhatsApp is not working some times for 20 seconds. I cannot call or text. Olive net email address is disconnected there is no email for olin they do not pick up the phone they do not answer the contact is request on there website. I have no idea what to do about my phone number and my contract !!!!!
Impossible to call customer services. Just can't get through. Upside is their service rarely goes wrong. No idea what to do if you have any query at all
Olin antes olive Net network, me han metido en morosos por no pagar 9,90 que ahora son 19,90 € por un servicio que no me han dado, llevo tres meses intentando hablar con ellos, no cogen el teléfono, la oficina esta cerrada ( De La Manga del Mar Menor), les he mandado infinidad de correos, no me contestan, sigo sin el servicio, y he tenido que contratar otra Compañia. Les he dicho que se pongan contacto conmigo, tampoco, lo hacen la única solución que veo es denunciarlos. Son unos timadores.
If it was possible to give a negative value on the star rating I would. Something negative like minus Googleplex which is like 1 x 1010^100. As OliveNet they were ok. Then suddenly they were Olin with a crappy website and zero customer service with all emails ignored. Now they supposedly upgraded my mobile data service for whatever reason. Now I have no service at all. Great work Olin!! I have reported it but do not expect any response so I am now actively trying to get away from these charlatans. It's no 07-02-24 And you are still finding ways to take money from my account. I tried tried and tried to cancel because my requests for help were ignored, and so too were my requests to cancel. As I was left without internet or support I moved to a different provider. After all this time I found that they would not help unless you make an old-fashioned phone call, which I did. Now they say they are in their legal right to take money up till the time a cancellation was signed regardless of the history of issues. So 8 months later they are still taking money and are very happy to do so. Please please please steer clear of these pirates!!
Indigno de confianza. Después de devolver su equipo, dos meses después, debitaron de mi cuenta 109 euros y prometieron devolverlo, pero no lo hicieron durante tres semanas, prometieron hacerlo "la semana que viene", pero al igual que mañana, nunca llegó. Un departamento incluso se negó a dar información a la empresa por una queja al departamento de asuntos del consumidor de la junta de Andalucía.
Olin absolute disgrace how they treat customers. I requested an upgrade from 300mb to 1gb fiber they said no problem can do that over the phone and will be 5 euro a month more just reboot your wifi router, they are charging extra and it shows I am contracted at 1gb but have not upgraded the speed, its exactly the same as before. When I call they helpline and wait 30mins for pickup they say every time technical will call back, they never do, its horrendous and something needs to be done about them.
Yes, Olivenet were good. I had to give Olin 1 star because I couldn’t do zero stars. Abysmal - customer support is zero. No data in the client area at all. Switch on/off doesn’t work. Nothing works. Who gave it 2 stars? Must have been luckier than me. Can’t even cancel the contract so terminated the direct debit with my bank.

Sep 12,2023Muy mal trato a cliente, herede el contrato del inquilino anterior del piso y se me cobró 108.9€ por no devolver el router que nunca lo tuve! Evitar a toda costa.
