The worst financial company I’ve ever dealt with asking for company records for a personal loan after I’d demonstrated 10 times the values of loan already held in my savings accounts. Run a mile, borrow from someone else if you must, but not them.

Jan 06,2024Shame we are unable to give zero star rating ! Absolutely appalling and a con of a financial service provider. They sell themselves as an interest free finance provider for private medical company Circle health, offering 10 months interest free payment for treatment. It is obvious they are only interested in customers who are unlikely to pay back the loan within the free 10 month period (which is clearly part of their underwriting process) so they can capitalise on a 14% ongoing interest charge. I will be sending a formal complaint to Circle health too as this is a shambles of a service and mis sold benefit. Response back: “as a responsible lender” ?? You clearly were aware of the funds i had available as I had to provide detailed bank statements (which more than covered the loan amount) in addition to the proof of income so that is a complete fabrication. You prey on people who are unlikely to pay the loan back within the interest free period so you can hit them with the higher interest charge. Your service is false advertising and looks to exploit people who have no choice but to take out a loan for private healthcare treatment.

Dec 25,2023Fuc**g scammers. Avoid them at all cost. I signed up for a course financed by Omni Capital and cancelled my finance agreement with them within 14 days as I was not satisfied with the course. Despite cancelling my contract with them, the continued deducting monthly payments from my account. When I asked them why they have continuously deducted monthly installments from my account where I don't have any contact with them. But they still want me to pay the whole course fee even if it was cancelled within 14 days. Now, I have cancelled direct debit but they are still chasing me for the remaining payments. Please avoid them at any cost or make sure you read their contract properly before signing anything.

Dec 08,2023Awful company, used the finance to get a HGV licence, with a comapny called hgv express, they went bankrupt and omni capital still wants me to pay for a service that i did not recieve! My account is in arrears despite me not getting the license! DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY

Dec 07,2023Lookd to make a purchase and use the interest free option, despite all being approved their system it would not take my deposit. I tried 3 times and it failed. I tried to call them to see what was going on but was amazed to hear that they are closed on Thursdays!!! I am now in limbo as I have no idea if any payment has been made or if my goods will be ordered. What a joke!!

Dec 02,2023Awful company, when I had a cancer they told me that it is not their fault I DECIDED TO HAVE A CANCER and I must pay otherwise I will be send to jail with my cancer. Later this year, I was trying to contact them to tell them when I can repay, calling and explaining that I have changed my phone number and my email, because of the hack, caused leaked of all my emails, they told me that to change it I need to log into my old email address, the same which was removed and blocked by Google, and read the code on my old number, which I haven't use almost 2 years. And only this way I can set a payment plan otherwise jail time. In my opinion, fraud
