These have provided the finance for 2 recent purchases made via Juno Records. I guess strictly speaking Juno are their customers also.
Both transactions being large and expensive purchases which I would not of been able to pay for without saving. I don't like credit cards and would rather know exactly what I am paying in advance. The interest is I imagine similar to that of a mid range credit card.
Direct from the Juno page you are able to choose the deposit amount + length of finance, obviously the longer the repayment terms the more interest you pay. There is a minimum deposit again which is adjustable. You could pay 50% upfront no problem.
Application was straight forward with a few standard questions then back to Juno to confirm etc and all done within a couple of minutes.
A few days later received an automated call to check i'd received the goods and to inform me of the direct debit date which was a nice touch and the thing I like the most is that they send you an email a couple of days before the direct debit is due just to remind you so no excuses of forgetting its coming out.
I have nothing but positive views so far, I appreciate that they are in it to make profit but at least they are making the experience a pleasant one for the the customer. The banks old way of pulling the wool over the customers eyes in order to make profit won't cut it anymore. The figures and any default charges are clear and upfront.
Ive only rated 4 but once paid off without incident I will certainly change to a 5.
