Dec 01,2024Pure incompetence. Telephone agents forgot to set up automated payments TWICE which led to my account falling into arrears. This has also had a negative impact on my credit score. Today is my final payment and good riddance.

Nov 23,2024Third time lucky? Thank you Trustpilot too for making me start again!! Although successful, rventually, the process to get the form completed, left me gasping! Firstly to register on the site - a password is given which you need to copy into their box - almost impossible unless you can paste and copy - which I can't do! So, I failed, and then hit the "forgotten password" link. i created my own password,which was approved and happily went back to register. Only it didn't recognise the password just created - and I had to start over. Eventually, I register and then you come to the form itself - which in turn is a nightmare. One has to expand each section by clicking on the section heading i- which didn't often respond! What a faff! And all that after the signing in bit where they want to know whether you are a robot!, How many times can you check the boxes for motorcycles, cars, buses, or sidewalks, without going completely scranny?

Oct 31,2024Today the company was supposed to collect the last installment of £52. But they took £128 from my account without reason as always. My balance is already 0 but they are still taking money from my account. So even such a company has to be watched because they will continue to collect. I do not recommend this company. Thank you

Oct 07,2024Do not use this lending company. They behave like loan sharks. They use their ability to damage your credit score to extract money that is not owed to them. They are gaming the system, knowing that they can go after you for small amounts that are not owed to them - which makes any legal defence disproportionately expensive; whilst the FCA takes ages to respond and take action. AVOID AT ALL COST.
