Mar 19,2024I am trying to settle the finance for last 3 months as the deadline is approaching however I am not able to login , nor reach out to anyone to make a payment. My 4k loan will end up being 9.5k but I am stuck in limbo. Sent them emails, being on endless calls which gets stuck and disconnected at last minute. I am dreading having to pay more than twice the amount for the failure of their system.

Feb 24,2024The owners of the property we are buying have outstanding finance on a consveratory with this firm. Currently costing us a lot of money holding up us completing on the sale. All the solicitor needs is a settlement figure, however they keep denying they have received signed authority (even though solicitor has sent the emails with read receipts so knows they have it) this has been going on over a fortnight now. Just incompetence through & through and awkwardness causing financial loss to all parties. The owners have been advised to take further action for loss & I would second that.

Feb 09,2024Wouldn't recommend ever going with these thieves, hide behind other companies paperwork and over charged the living hell out of the interest on a loan I didn't even know was live and planned on paying off in full, was a couple of months before I picked up on it and now they hiding behind another companies paperwork for their own negligence.
