A great itinerary with a courteous and helpful tour manager who assisted with organsing optional activities as well as the included excursions. High standard of hotels, from good to excellent. My second holiday with One Traveller, whom I thoroughly recommend.

Jul 16,2024A wonderful inclusive holiday. Our excellent Tour Manager was with us all the time; local guides at most locations were also superb. We saw so much and learnt about the history of the area and each place we visited. Good accommodation, the lovely company of fellow travellers and some delicious food and drink, what’s not to love? The only downside was the heatwave in mid-late June. Taking the tour in May would have been better temperatures.

Very well organised company-everything well taken care of from start to finish resulting in a stress free holiday Good hotels with great staff ,supportive tour manager on site Interesting varied excursions,a free day so one can choose to do as much or little to relax and enjoy. On the whole ,very good food especially in the hotels we stay at Some music entertainment thrown in so always very enjoyable---Thank you Ruth T--Windsor

Jul 16,2024Trip very well organised with great excursions and experienced tour guide. But hotel, though lovely, was clearly understaffed leading to poor service and unsatisfactory dinners both in terms of quality and choice. So somewhat outside One Traveller’s control, but needs addressing.

Jul 16,2024I was very disappointed in aspects of this holiday. I was dismayed by the inclusion of a very disabled traveller who often held up the party, especially as he had been on a previous trip with your firm and a friend had noted the same problem. The Hotel did not have a lounge in the evenings so socialising in the evenings was extremely limited. The food was very variable, inedible on occasions and there was not a wide enough menu choice. The hotel was not as close to Assisi as expected. Another problem was the Italian guide who, although friendly and charming, was long winded, boring and did not leave enough time for viewing sites. The outings were excellent. The visit to the vineyard and lunch was extremely enjoyable as was one of the dinners out but the second was very poor. The bus was very comfortable, the driver was excellent and the Group Leader, Mark, was friendly and efficient. This was a very expensive holiday as I had to travel from Glasgow and stay overnight in London. I doubt I would use your company again unless I had a personal recommendation from someone I knew who had really enjoyed their holiday.

Jul 16,2024I was expecting the hot weather, but the guides did not take that into account, and we were standing around far too long in the heat. The two hotels where we stayed, did not have pools, so when we returned after a day out, there was little to do till dinner time. It was really nice to have only 12 people on this tour. We had a good time overall.

Jul 10,2024Unfortunately, I booked a holiday May 2024 to New England, requesting & paid for a business class flight with a window seat. Despite numerous calls & so many platitudes & promises from One Traveller staff to speak to the flight team, 2 months later I have yet to have confirmation of my request. It's quite unbelievable. They can't deliver anything that is 'off piste'. I know this might seem trivial however feel it's unacceptable that they are unable to deliver on something offered on their website. By the way, I requested a place on the whale trip & met with a surprise that this option even exists, despite it being in their literature. It really doesn't bode well for my trip. Wish me luck - never again.
