May 09,2024Yes the company are doing well. It’s difficult but there was a couple of people with disabilities who found it hard to walk but still came on our walk and a lot of time was taken with waiting for them. Maybe people should be a certain fitness to go on the walks.

May 09,2024Fabulous holiday to Kenya. Wonderful guides and host couldn't do enough for us. Accommodation and food was splendid. Took off one star for the nonsense insistance we have to sit where we were told for dinner like children, and weren't allowed choose who we sat with.

The locals were super friendly and welcoming. The other people on the trip were fantastic and we had such a great time together making friends and memories.

The tour was great, well organised and all except the last hotel were of a good standard

May 06,2024A fantastic tour including many famous sights and shows, including a day as a panda keeper which was a real privilage. high quality food and accomodation. Great tour guide and lovely group of like minded individuals. Highly recommended.

May 04,2024This was a really lovely holiday but i struggled as there was a lot of walking every day. Some guests didnt take part every day, and i know i should have done this but didnt want to miss anything. The requirement to have a high fitness should be made clear. Hotel was delightful and the staff charming and helpful. Johnathan, the guide was very helpful. The local guides were brilliant.

May 03,2024I loved China too much fitted in you needed extra days to relax. Too much fitted in not happy about visa system which I paid you to do. I had a visa that lasted 3 months with 1 access to the country. Others had a visa lasted 2 years and multiple entrance. This isn’t fair as we all paid the same.

May 02,2024One of the highlights of this tour for me was the outstanding service, care and good humoured professionalism shown by the English guide and the Japanese guide. Being less mobile than the others in the group they were simply brilliant in talking care of me and anticipating possible problems. The tour itself was well structured, interesting and wide ranging. The hotels and events were generally excellent.However, I found the activities and events very much more physically demanding than I had been led to believe. The office staff were always polite and unhappinesses were understood and in most cases dealt with professionally. However the Flights Department let them, (and me), down very badly. Their knowledge of airport security regulations was completely wrong and their communication of flight prices was appalling. Just one small example of a lack of proper communication was that my confirmation of checking in on line was sent to me by the Flights department in Japanese. Not a lot of help!! It is for this reason that it is unlikely that I would travel with them again.

May 02,2024Very well organised and every detail taken care of. You just have to turn up! My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a bit more time for relaxation. The itineraries are jam packed so not for people who are expecting a relaxing holiday!

May 09,2024This was my sixth trip with One Traveller with two more booked. This trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast was an excellent experience. OT managed the whole week with clockwork precision. Lovely hotel with superb food and magnificent views of the bay of Naples. I can highly recommend this for any senior solo travellers to experience.
