Mar 07,2024Alison. Our guide and friend. I have never been on a group tour. Life circumstances made me decide to do something different. The group were amazing. We became like a family. 27 women 1 man. Coach trips rickshaws open top jeeps Trains and boats. So many wonderful sights loved it.

Feb 25,2024One Traveller really understands the needs of single people travelling alone. I like the fact that I can call the company to book a holiday or to ask a question and am able to speak to a real person rather than a robot. Their customer care is excellent. They choose decent accommodation, provide lots of helpful information and select well chosen excursions and activities. I have enjoyed two of their holidays so far and I would happily travel with them in the future.

Feb 24,2024The holiday was well organised. The days were full of different places to visit, activities to participate in and general sightseeing. The hotels were very nice, clean, welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh, interesting and delicious, especially the fish. The Tour Manager was great making sure we got the most out of the holiday and the local guides were very informative and helpful. I really enjoyed and would recommend the holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia.

Feb 18,2024Interesting and full itinerary. Excellent tour manager and local guides. I also appreciated not having to spend time finding and choosing restaurants and trying to make choices from unfamiliar menus. Everything sorted out, letting me relax and ejoy the trip.

Feb 17,2024Last day of my holiday in Switzerland for New Year was ruined by One Traveller they sent us with our tour operator to Engelberg to go on a sleigh ride ,cheese fondue or the famous monastery nothing was open the town was a ghost town nothing was open.The office didn’t bother to find this out I sent a letter when I came home and rang them they said I would hear from them I am still waiting

Feb 13,2024Mostly enjoyed this holiday, but was a little disappointed that the first day and the last day were a complete waste as we spent all day on arrival wasting time so that we could eventually book in at the hotel and the last day apart from breakfast, no food were supplied at all and the fight was very late after midnight and I found it quite exhausting.

Feb 13,2024I loved my first solo Festive Thailand trip with One Traveller. Jonathan, our tour guide was lovely, well organised, caring, kind and entertaining. As was Lek, our Thai guide. He was very knowledgeable and always upbeat and keen to share his knowledge and experiences with us. The attractions were well chosen, the transport from place to place was comfortable. The restaurants were always good, very often quite unique serving fabulous food and a lot of it. The hotels were well chosen, not the top but always clean and comfortable. The service everywhere we went was top notch. The Thai people are lovely, very helpful, kind and so polite. You can’t help but love them. There were only 10 people in my group and we all (but one) got on brilliantly. I liked the idea of mixing seats at dinner. I enjoyed my trip with One Traveller so much, I booked two more trips with them as soon as I returned home. Thank you One Traveller.

Feb 13,2024Having a tour manager with us was good because they were able to sort out a problem straight away if there was one. I liked the fact that we had local tour guides so we learned more about the local area. Every detail of the holiday taken care of meant i could enjoy my holiday and not worry about anything.

Feb 09,2024Everything was well organised, a bit full on at times but option to drop out and do own thing. Only criticism of Vietnam was the food, far too much especially lunch could be lighter. Could have done with a bit more free time especially at beach areas.

Mar 07,2024Helpful telephone conversations before the trip. A few anxious questions from a first time OT traveller always answered in a friendly manner. On the trip, the TM was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The local guide and the coach were with us for the entire 18 days and were superb. What more could I ask for? Fun fellow travellers and they were a great bunch of people.
