Dec 01,2021WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Ordered a cake for a birthday function.. received it in totally distorted condition. i believe it fell down on the way of delivery. they didn't do any refund as well on requesting and even used bad words at me on requesting for a refund.

Oct 19,2021First , I paid extra for delivery to be done within a specific time frame. Not done. Later they sent the delivery guy to the address without contacting the recipient beforehand and because it was not within the specified time frame and they couldn't get through, I was informed the order is lost and no refund will be processed. Second, the flowers look nothing like in the pic online, they look cheap and no package. Third, I specifically paid for the cake to be heart shaped. Not done either, it's a normal round cake. Disappointed.

Sep 24,2021Very worst service,they have taken money for the cake which they couldn't deliver,I contacted for refund,customer care told me to wait for 5 to 7 days,I waited,after 7 days,I contacted,told me to wait for 4 days,I Waited for 10 days,then I called them,telling me to wait for 5 to 7 days,the same person sometimes tell me to wait 7 to 10 days,now they started saying lies.For my money I called,she is saying that she gets irritated,I am also getting irritated,even I don't want to call. Kindly give my money back scammer s.She says I am not interested to talk with you ,even I don't want,kindly pay back, Thanks

Sep 08,2021I had a pretty bad experience with this site with the cake delivery. I had ordered a black forest cake for 1/2kg. They said it is a remote place and no one are ready to make a 1/2kg cake and asked me to pay more amount for 1kg cake. I did it and the cake tastes so bad. Will never recommend this site to anybody. No proper customer service aswell.

Jul 16,2021I ordered a Black Forest Cake for My parents anniversary. 5 Kg Black forest Cake. They delivered some kind of chocolate color cake claiming it to be Black Forest. And believe me cake was so stale, that I had throw the piece even after one bite. This is the worst cake I was ever eaten. Adding to that their team was so rude, calling me liar. Why would I lie, when we order cake for our happy occasions. They have successfully spoiled my parents 49th Anniversary Celebration.
