Apr 25,2021Worst service I have ever seen..I placed an order here.waited for the whole day for it to deliver.but no response from it.there is no proper customer service.just will provide an fake order number.and kept it as delivery on time. Unnecessarily I paid u extra charges too of 300rs as u mentioned it’s a remote place.worst... worst.... worst.... most disappointing.......,,

Apr 14,2021Very bad service. I ordered birthday cake and waited till night 8 pm as they have confirmed will deliver on 8 pm . After that they said can’t deliver today and tomorrow will deliver. Dont know what service they are doing and they are changing the delivery Date . 14 th my mom birthday and they are saying your area is inside &will deliver on 15 th . How can say like that when they accepted the order and promised on same day delivery.I have paid 200 extra for delivery charge . In site they mentioned same day delivery and cheating people. Please do not place order if you need same day delivery , they will make us crazy. See below chat message from their customer service yes, we have connected to them your order is under prcessed and it will be delivered on the evening time before 8 pm

Feb 15,2021Strongly believe this is a fraud company. I am in UK & had ordered a cake online on 12th February for a delivery on 14th February for my folks who are back home in Goa. It accepted my order online and gave me an order number. My folks waited the whole day anxiously for the order but it never came. There is no tracking information entitled, their chat option is also fake, no one replies “twak”. Worst part is, when I went to check for their contact info, the number that is displayed is actually incorrect when you go to dial. These losers should be caught for doing such hideous thing to people. My sincere request to people who want to order on this site, NEVER EVER GO FOR IT.

If, you want you can check it on LinkedIn.They just take our money by giving you a fake order number and that's it nothing happens afterwards. And on the day of delivery of they have a very good excuse that "due to many orders we were not able to deliver". Are we giving you the money for this. Take full responsibility to deliver it else don't do such commitments. These guys are fraudsters, simply robbers. They ruined my Valentine day. You loosers. I am not allowed to use inappropriate language here else ll surely let you know.

Nov 18,2020I had ordered Diwali dry fruits and sweets which was delivered on time but was very shabbily delivered and different from what was shown in the picture even the Mithai was completely different. Furthermore after sending an email asking for clarification i had a chat with the chatbot who could not provide me with proper reason and i got an rude answer through email
