Oct 01,2021Good price, however delivery included one less PIR board and 8 extra thermaline boards. Being an honest person I let them know and a swap was subsequently arranged which meant taking another day off work. No apology or thanks received. Also had an issue where the delivery came on a 40ft articulated lorry and the driver didn't want to use a particular junction and therefore parked over a mile from my property, so check for access issues before you buy.

Oct 01,2021I made a order of 6 sheets of 120mm insulation 8 sheets of plasterboard and 10 sheets of 80mm insulation but on delivery I was 2 80mm sheets missing when I called Company to tell them I had to spend 2-3 hours looking through camara footage to get evidence that they were not delivered although after this my missing sheets were promptly delivered but what a waste of my time

Oct 01,2021I have no reservations about the purchased items because at the time of delivery and before unloading, they were in the condition in which they should be. Unfortunately, they were damaged by the driver who delivered it. I am women (my housband ordered it) and when it was delivered the driver asked if I had someone to help (I did not receive any information before the delivery that someone would be needed additionally and I was alone at home). I offered to help unload the car. The driver was unloading multifinish bags and I started taking out the ordered celetex board (I ordered 10 + 5 plaster board). I managed to transfer 4 pieces at the moment when the driver finished with the bags. The remaining 6 celetex board was taken out of the car by the driver, not taking into account that it would damage them, and he rested them against my fence on the outside. Then he asked for help and did the same with the plaster boards. When he finished, he just gave me to sign that I picked it up and drove away, not paying attention to the fact that it was standing on the sidewalk and people passing by could damage it, and I had no one to ask to even take it to the driveway. Edit. After all, I wrote that I offered help. I do not understand why the driver I was helping did not leave it sufficiently 5-7 meters further on my driveway, but based it on my fence. I met all the conditions contained in this email, that is: the car could easily enter my street and I even parked the car to the other side so that it would take place (I expected a truck to arrive and a large bus up to 3.5 tons arrived), I was at home to take it back and sign it. Where is the information in the e-mail message that the driver needs help to unload the car? If a car of 26-32 tons was to arrive, it should be delivered on a pallet and unloaded with a forklift.

Aug 31,2021The insulation we ordered was fine as expected, but it stated delivery in 2-4 working days. When I had received no delivery info I emailed to check and was informed about a delay of an additional week. They weren't planning to notify me and didn't apologise, so I consider the customer service to be poor.

If your brick layer tells you to go any where else he is looking for a delay so he can flick to another job. I have never built a house. But i have built .I will not be looking anywhere else
