Feb 11,2025Initially, communication was good and trader came across as being very genuine. I bought a vehicle with a claimed 3 month warranty which was delivered very promptly. A few days after delivery, the engine management light came on - I realise this can happen with used vehicles am not insinuating that the trader sold the vehicle with any known issues. I was asked to get a quote to fix the issue, which I did and the trader confirmed in writing that they would reimburse me for this. Following repair and submission of invoice, I am now being ignored and my phone number has been blocked from calling them. When purchasing, they stated the warranty was with ‘Warrantywise’ but having now spoken to this provider, the vehicle has never been covered by them. The address they show on their website is not a valid address and I’ve since read several reviews claiming that a similar thing has happened to other customers.
