Jan 10,2025Mon expérience avec Oquim a été extrêmement décevante. J'ai retourné une commande (n°168753) le 9 octobre 2024, livrée au marchand le 22 octobre 2024, comme confirmé par leur plateforme de retour. Malgré plusieurs relances par email et via le support, je n'ai reçu ni remboursement ni réponse de leur part. Le service client est totalement absent, les délais annoncés ne sont pas respectés, et aucune solution ne m'a été proposée malgré mes multiples tentatives pour obtenir des nouvelles. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise à quiconque. Si vous devez effectuer un retour ou demander un remboursement, préparez-vous à une gestion désastreuse et à une absence totale de communication.

Jan 08,2025I have e-mailed 3 times(no response), called 3 times(no response) and visited 3 shops( of which 2 did not exist anymore) before the friendly shop employee was able to processes the refund of my by post returned purchase in a jiffy. Ofcourse without refunding me the shippingcosts of an item that came in with a factory defect(so not my mistake). So basically, this webshop is not a scam but just as bad! Please avoid!

Jan 08,2025I bought some items on sale but then they just canceled one of them (off course the most interesting one) and refunded me without telling me wich item was cancelled I had to discover it myself when the order came !!! Then I returned the items because the size wasn’t right and I’m still waiting for my refund … Verry bad experience

Jan 08,2025I ordered 4 items, of which 3 were delivered with one of them being wrong. Two items were returned immediately (Nov 2024). I have not yet received any refund until now (Jan 2025)! There is no answer to my emails! They just ignore me!

Jan 08,2025I have not received my package yet, all though i ordered 15 days ago. It has not arrived to my homecountry and the date it "should" have beed delivered according to Oqium was the 27-28/12/24.

Jan 07,2025Missed 2 items in a 8 item order on dec 1st 2024, have been sending 6 mails so far, they don’t pick up their phones in the physical stores or customer service. I understand busy-ness during the holidays but this is ridiculous… I have not had an online shopping experience like this before and, to be honest, am flabbergasted that a company can get away with something like this? Wtf. Update (21/1/2025): they got back to me the day after I told them I had written this review on TrustPilot and refunded the 2 items immediately. So apparently, a TrustPilot review is more important to them than a waiting customer sitting in the dark? Thank you for my money after 6 mails, countless futile attempts to get in touch by your 3(!) phone numbers. I am not gonna change this 1-star review into more stats because you respond to my email when it gets a little hot under your feet, while I am standing in a f-ing firepit of nothingness for over a month. I think you have a beautiful website and a great offering, but your customer service needs fixing, badly. I hope your learn from this review as much as I have learned from it. Jan 06,2025Geen communicatie, Mijn bestelling was en week te laat, en als ik bel is er geen gehoor. Heb geprobeerd om een mail te sturen daar nooit antwoord opgehad. Ik stond op het punt naar oquim in Amsterdam te gaan. Maar toen was mijn bestelling er opeens. Slechte service en geen communicatie

Jan 03,2025Webshop is mooi en mooie prijzen. Helaas als je wat terugstuurt moet je heel lang wachten tot ze je geld terug storten. Klantenservice geeft geen gehoor. Telefoonnummers werken niet. Mailen etc nergens reageren ze op. Meer dan 4 weken moeten wachten op mijn geld. Geen afterpay of Klarna. Je betaalt shipping kosten maar komt gewoon uit Nederland vandaan en je stuurt het terug naar een Nederlands adres.

Jan 10,2025I bought shoes on sale on the 27th of december, got an email 3 days later saying it would arive the 31st. It has been 3 weeks and my package still has not been sent… :( More transparency on the actual waiting times and receiving an update would be really appreciated.
