Took 2 weeks before I received the package. The package has been send from The Netherlands to an adres in the Netherlands so the location can't be an issue. There was no communication what so ever. I just got some info after I sent an email to the helpdesk.
Sadly, I am really disappointed by the whole experience. Many things went wrong during the process of my order. At first I placed my order with 4 pairs of shoes and a ls tshirt. For over a week I hadn't gotten back any email about my order so I was afraid that it might be a scam and I had lost 200+ euros. I submitted 2 forms from your website and no answer in either of them. After that I emailed customer support and no answer was ever sent to me. Then I decided to call customer support and again I never got a line to speak to someone. After many days the only way to get a clue about what's going on with my order was to contact the Amsterdam Store by phone. Only the staff from Amsterdam Store handled things professionally and efficiently. After a day or so I was informed by email from the AMS store that the order has been sent, many many days after I placed it. Although I thought things were on track, one day later I received a partial refund and not any update on why that happened. So again had to contact the AMS store, because only them were able to help!! , and after contacting the warehouse they found out that 1 pair of shoes I ordered were not sent. That happened because my order was forgotten for so many days and all the pairs were sold, although I had paid for one. All in all it ordering from you was a very stressful experience and I wouldn't recommend someone to shop from you, especially if they order from abroad. I would like to say that even now, nearly 20 days after my order I haven't received anything and still waiting. I know it might be the post's fault but it sure adds more frustration to the experience. Again, please get it together, because you have great products and prices. Thanks 🙏
After almost 3 weeks of making the order it was dispatched. One of the items was not available anymore.

I've bought 4 pairs of shoes, they've sent me just two of them. I've tried to contact the customer service but they've never answered, I've tried through their site but nothing. At the end I've sent a massage to their Instagram page and they finally solved my problem.
Hi, I orderd since november 13th and I still waiting for the delevery. The order 172743. The track and trace number is 3SCJAZ0674702 and the delivery statut did not change since november 15th. I try to call them. I try to write them but not answer. It a 160euros order so I will not drop the matter. It was not the first Time I ordered from this shop but it certainly the last time.

size misdelivery
After returning a pair of shoes, I ordered the same pair in a number smaller but even after 2 months, there was no Info on the shipping so I wrote 3 Mails to adress this issue but they have Not responded to one of them.
Wrong size deliverd, 0 response to email.
Because i order 3 item i get a refund on the most important item that i want for my kid.😔 i ordered the remaining item because i want free delivery for my kids shoe bat unfortunately they i supposed to order only i didnt get 😔

26 November 2 paar schoenen geretourneerd. Volgens t&t 27 november ontvangen. Nu bijna 3 weken verder en geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Gebeld maar telefoonnummers werken niet en 4x gemaild en wordt ook niet op gereageerd. Niet bij hun bestellen!!
