Mar 02,2016Orderd the Classic 9" boot and received them fast for regular shipping (free). For law enforcement work, they are light and comfortable to stand/walk or run right out of the box.

Feb 25,2016The first pair of boot i ordered was not the same size,the right one was smaller.I return them no problem,then the second pair was very much to large for me ,i return them after 2 weeks they told me they didnt receive them yet.So no return no refund,I call and explain to them that my box is maybe lost, that they must call UPS because maybe there is a problem with the return label,they said ok but do you know what,they send a guy from UPS to come pick up the box but what box...they came since 2 weeks ago!Anyway they had hard time to understand my problem wich is was not complicated at all!Never i am gonna ordered another pair of boots from them!I still wait after them to fix out my problem.If you ordered some boots hope that you will keep them ,otherwise good luck!

Feb 17,2016Ordered my usual 9.5 size but when they came, they were too tight on the toes. Called and they said "return them" and they have ordered size 10's. Now waiting for the 10's. Fast service so far.

Feb 13,2016First time buyer of Original SWAT boots. Ordered them through the Canadian office and before I knew it they were already delivered! After looking over these boots (Classic 9" side zip)and wearing them for a bit, I ordered the Safety version for work right away! Great service guys! Keep up the good work.

Feb 08,2016I have bought Original swat boots now for 2 years. They have always been very good value for the money. My recent purchase was ordered saturday evening, that very tuesday my order was waiting for at my front door, if that does not speak for organization that you bought from i don't know what will. My only complaint about the product, is the metal handle on the zipper seems to bend a break rather quickly (8-10months). But overall some the best footwear available.

Feb 08,2016I received the boots but they were a tad too small. I called the company and the phone rep was very friendly. I sent them back and ordered more. I received my refund quickly. Each time I ordered they arrived fast and on time. After months of wearing the boots, I highly recommend them to anyone working on their feet all day. The steel toed ones are perfect for my job. Durable, comfortable, slip resistant and keep dry even while trudging through deep snow.

I wore them through a 3 month correctional academy and then a over a year at the detention center they still look as good as the first day I got them. Now I am getting ready to go through a 6 month law enforcement academy and of course I picked Original SWAT boots this time the 9" chase waterproof, best,comfy boots money can buy!
