I love the boots because I have owned a pair before. I had placed an order for size 13w with 9" original. When my package arrived the boots were size 13r. Wouldn't of been a big deal but I needed the boots on a dead line. Had to re order with 2 day shipping for right size

I wear these great boots motorcycling in lieu of a traditional Harley style leather boot and think these are an awesome choice for fit, comfort, and cost. Lighter than full leather riding boots, but still providing all the support and grip surface you'd need, the breathable mesh also means they don't wear too "hot". I'm now on my third pair of the Classic 9'' Side-Zip boot and, while I look at HD's new boots each year, I keep coming back to SWAT and honestly can't imagine riding in anything else.

I ordered a pair each for my husband and myself. The first order's boots would not clear the metal detectors at work. No problem, I was able to send them back and got the replacements- perfect!. Boots are comfortable and look good too. Nothing but a great experience with OSWAT. Customer service A+++

The order process was easy and the shipping was on time and accurate. The boots are amazing and would recommend them to everyone. They have no break in time and they're comfortable from day one.

Have made many purchases from S.W.A.T. over the years and I am always satisfied. Tactical boots are buy and wear. No break-in period and no blisters. Products last a long time with no defects.

I ordered the boots with standard shipping. They arrived in the amount of time I expected. I have only worn them one day, but they are well made and comfortable. I think they will be an excellent boot. They are made in Vietnam, which is greatly preferred over China. So far, they are exactly what I expected.

I work in corrections and walk on cement all day and was in need of another pair of boots.I could not find another pair of the style timberland pros I had so I searched the internet an was impressed with the description and look of the original s.w.a.t..All the reviews were very good and the price couldn't be beat so I ordered them and they came on the date promised.I must say that I am more than satisfied ,they are so soft inside when walking and so light on my feet.I will not hesitate to buy another pair whenever I need to.

Purchased the Metro 9" WP SZ Safety directly from O.S. Boots were in stock and shipped free within a day of ordering; they fit true to size and have been super comfortable. Purchased the Rapid Response Zippers as well (definitely makes getting into and out of 9-hole boots a bit easier). Light weight boots. Quality materials and stitching looks good so far. We'll see how they hold up to PT. Based on online purchase experience, quality of boots thus far, I'd buy them again and recommend them to friends & coworkers.

Absolutely amazing boots. Super comfortable out the box, don't even need to break them in. Outstandingly light, yet rugged feel. Great treads on it. I am already recommending these boots to everyone.

I like the boots I finally ended up with but I emailed customer service and phoned the regional rep and never got a response at all about a size question. Product quality is very good but service was so so.

I purchase the Metro Air 9'' SZ 200 Shoe Size14 Wide, the boot has 200 grams of thinsulate, to help keep your feet warm. Would love it if S.W.A.T., would come out with a boot with more thinsulate, 400 grams or 600 grams boots. This is a good boot, but here in the northeast when working extra duty jobs, outdoors in single digit temperature, your feet will get cold. Would get 5 stars if or when, S.W.A.T. comes out with a higher thinsulate gram boot.

The boots arrived quickly. The packaging was impeccable with all the paperwork for a hassle free return. Unfortunately, I had to return the boots (no criticism of their quality) and the return process was effortless. (they include a prepaid shipping label)

Original S.W.A.T is an excellent company to buy from. There products are top notch. I have bought 2 pairs of boots from them and have had no problems with either pair.
