Nov 22,2014Ordered a pair of the Chase 9" Side-Zip. They arrived quickly, in perfect shape. The fit was as expected (not too small, not too big). Haven't had a chance to wear them yet so jury is still out on comfort - however, I do own a pair of the composite safety toe/shank version, and they are very comfortable for all day wear. Look forward to getting lots of wear out of them.

Nov 20,2014These boots are the Original 6" Swat boots,,,,I was skeptical at first, but after I got them and wore them, I found it to be very comfortable, and a perfect fit,,,,,very sturdy, and yet light enough,,,i was able to stand and walk with more comfort during the work day wearing them,,,and when I had to run, they did not feel clunky,,,,they felt like good flexible running shoes,,,,not like heavy boots,,, The sole is great and doesn't slip, it grips just right,,,no sliding on wet payment or floors,,,, So, over all , I like this shoe and am happy with my pair,,,,,

Customer that will never return
Nov 12,2014I will be sure to spread my opinion to other officers in my department. Horrible shipping method. Takes forever, literally had my package bounce around different cities in California for several days before it even left the state. I was given three different expected delivery dates because they could not fulfill the expected date on time. I attempted to contact customer service several times and the line for the operator just rings and rings. No one answers any of the extensions or even attempted to call me back.

Nov 11,2014I am on my third pair of SWAT original. I wear them everyday. I looked for a long time for a pair of boots that fit and were comfortable out of the box. SWAT was the boot. I got great wear out of them. I am a firefighter so these boots have not been babied. I only ever had one small problem with my boots. The pull tabs broke on the second pair. I contacted SWAT customer service and they had a replacement set to me in a couple of days. Problem solved. I would highly recommend this boot to anyone that will listen and have.

Nov 06,2014Having more than just a few over 30 years in law enforcement, it's rare indeed to find a boot this comfortable out of the box, let alone at this price. Seriously, buy a HAWK. I was so impressed, I bought a set for my son, also in law enforcement. His size is a bit scarce, but their customer service accomodated in a single phone call. Love competence and quality in a single shop. Well done!

Nov 01,2014I purchased these boots after the toe on my last pair peeled away from the sole. So far the OS boots have held up great, I've been on mostly outdoor post, so I dont know how they feel walking in the blocks but I will find out soon enough! So far a great product!

Dec 07,2014This is a quick, simple review as I am not Mil or LEO ,so I don't run my boots in those typical settings. So far, I really like these boots. I've worn them everyday since I've got them. They are very comfortable as soon as you put them on and right away when you become active in them, so they really have now break in period. It's cold in Ohio right now and these boots are pretty warm with a good pair of socks. I'll have to wait and see how these stand over a long period of time, but as of now I would definitely recommend these.
