May 22,2015These are the best boots. Very comfortable and feel good on my feet. I had a black pair and tan pair. In my work I get them really dirty. I have just ordered another pair of each.

May 22,2015I love my boots for i use them every weekend for paintball. i only dislike that i have already torn a thread on the toe of the boot. and also that it also has moderate slip resistance and barely help for in a kitchen, all and all. would definitely buy again from this company.

May 18,2015On my first pair of boots, there was a hole that developed in an unusual place on top of the boot. The replaced my boots with no hassle. Since then I have bought several more because they are great boots and they stood behind their product! The last pair I replaced because I wore them out. With the composite toes, I have no problem going through the airport metal scanners.

There was a slight information code in-put issue that I was to have entered as part of the order process. Either I missed the box or it was missing from the order form. Regardless, the sales department was able to make the desired adjustment to complete the process. Service and support have been excellent. May 04,2015I have beenn using SWAT boots for years as I deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a Sniper for the Marine Corps. I recently got a job as a Correctional Officer and realized SWAT made boots for this occupation as well. The boots are the best around, and you are not going to find a better deal, especially with the price.

May 02,2015I purchased my boots at a local bike show about 6 months ago, I am a motorcycle enthusiast both on and off road. Loved the comfortability of the boots, wore them at work and play daily. Was kick starting my dirtbike with the arch of my boot, and wham, the rubber/ foam completely blew out and separated from the uppers. I have never had this problem before, even with cheapie wall mart boots. I thought, no problem, they are under warranty, Im sure they will take care of me. NOPE! I sent pics of the defect to swat, as instructed from the retailer I bought them from, only to receive an email back saying "it appears to be excessive wear and tear not a defect". the best they would offer is a small discount on a new pair. Very unhappy with customer service, if this problem is not resolved, I will not return as a customer, although I loved the boots until failure. Don't expect them to uphold their warranty, its insufficient!

May 26,2015I've been a customer for about 12 years. I tried to purchase boots online just like I have every year for 12 years and there was some problem and my card was denied. I call my credit card company and they said my card was approved and pending processing from the site. I tried to call. I left message after message with multiple sales people. I received 1 call back message leaving me the same useless phone number from the website. Nothing. No return call. Never a person to answer the phone. No response to any e-mails zero. The boots are great. 5 stars for them. They are the only shop I have ever bought shoes from online. I am usually weary of that because fit can be so varied in larger sizes. The boots themselves have never let me down. I have purchased a couple different types of boots and they are always great fit and comfort and light weight. Best boots I have ever owned and that goes for all 12 pairs... but the personal service doesn't exist. Eventually I tried again and managed to get my boots. Prompt service on shipping as usual and no other issues. Even though the original issues may have been an error of some type (I tried and failed to process my sale 4 times online and was approved each and every time according to my CC company) it would be nice if there was some kind of customer service where one could troubleshoot such issues... If not for the high quality product I would be finding somewhere else to shop.
