During lockdown, I phoned Origin looking for hand weights, and the gentleman to whom I spoke was very helpful. We agreed on the code number and the ordering procedure, & I duly ordered online. During the night, I woke up realising I had ordered the wrong item, so next morning I phoned again. Another very helpful member of staff, sorted it out very quickly, and I received a credit for the first item within 1 hour, and the ones I really wanted, were delivered a few days later. Fantastic service, thank you Origin!

Equipment is really good quality, all packaged really well, arrived quickly. Would have been good to be kept in the loop regarding when it was dispatched, tracking and when an estimated arrival date was confirmed though.

I purchased a spin bike costing over 2k. When attaching one of the pedals to the bike I accidentally cross threaded one & then couldn’t get the pedal to thread onto the crank correctly. I asked Origin Fitness for help fixing this and was quoted over £700 for an “engineer” to fix the pedal. I took the pedal & crank to a local bike shop and they rethreaded the crank for me for £5. I appreciate that this was an installation error on my part, but if you are going to call your repair people “engineers” I expect them to have a skill set beyond just replacing very expensive parts that very, very minor damage to them. Pedals are supposed to be replaced regularly on bikes and this is going to take it’s toll on the threading of the crank eventually anyway. I don’t expect to have the replace the whole crank at £700 a pop every few years on a bike costing over £2k with a 10 year warranty. A repair service should mean REPAIR, not just replace parts.

We bought an ex demo Stages spin bike . The ordering and delivery was very good . There are a few scratches on the bike but we saved on price of a brand new one so these are only cosmetic .

Excellent quality and service. Purchased for a home gym and this stuff is commercial quality. Communication is fantastic even in this COVID time. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Origin again and I am positive I will do in the near future.
