Super helpful team and will be purchasing from Origins again* Items received within 1 week; date of delivery was confirmed a day prior. RD2 Rubber Dumbbells arrived a bit worn out, though not described as used on the site and Cast Iron Kettlebell slightly scuffed but new. Overall happy with my purchase, price and order- much needed.

Jun 10,2020Having been waiting on my order for nearly 8 weeks now. And waiting for an email response for 3 weeks. Not even sure my order is going to come. My previous experience was fine. No issues. I understand people Are under pressure, but this still is not right. I’ve left a voicemail today as no answer, hopefully will get an outcome. Edit: Eva below called and did what she could to resolved the issue.

The product took around two weeks to arrive and between order placing and dispatch there was no communication informing of a delay or what was happening, I reached out to try and find out if there was an issue but phones were not answered and neater was email
