I recently bought a set of dumbbells from Origin Fitness, they were the only company who still had some in stock. Unfortunately they got lost at the delivery depot. I contacted Origin fitness who were all so super friendly and helpful, all contact was through social media and email but I got instant responses. I had a new set sent out next day delivery. Customer service was excellent and dumbbells are also great!

Expected delivery was up to 2 weeks but it came within 1! Minor scratches on the bar but overall mainly pleased with the service.

I ordered a sandbag from Origin Fitness, and the sandbag is great, no problems. The only problem I had was getting them to deliver it, having had an original delivery estimate of 5 to 7 days it took 16 days. As is always the case it is the lack of communication that was the real problem, however they still score highly because once Angela got involved they redeemed themselves with her good work.
