Jun 25,2020I've placed 3 separate orders with Origin during lockdown in the UK. All 3 have been dealt with brilliantly, times as promised, delivery service great and service great. The prices are the same as before lockdown, unlike some other wholesalers out there, which means that I certainly will continue to support Origin post lockdown. My last order was for a replacement treadmill needed for a charity run only 4 days after I had placed the order - having broken my exiting one. Despite the 14 day delivery time sown when ordering the Origin team dealt with my order instantly and delivered within 2 days to enable us to complete the challenge. An amazing response, in difficult times, that really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Jun 24,2020I got my order after one month and I got the wrong order. Then I tried to replace it. They said it was my fault and I have to send on my own expense and to wait for the other product. No thanks. I will avoid buying products from this company.
