Quality equipment. Order a set of 26kg dumbbells and 5ft Olympic bar. Took a little longer to arrive but that’s expected with current situation. Really happy !

Huge respect to origin fitness for maintaining integrity during the pandemic by not inflating prices. Vast majority of retailers are an absolute disgrace with their current prices. Bought some dumbbells at a very reasonable price. Seen the same weight of dumbbells at double the price I paid. Order and delivery process was very efficient. Customer service was excellent.

The best customer service we have received from any company. We ordered a 1-10kg dumbell set and rack, unfortunately they were out of stock, but we were offered an excellent alternative. All queries were answered quickly and any issues rectified immediately. Would definitely reccomend and we will be ordering from them in the future.

All the equipment I ordered arrived very timely, considerably faster than expected during this period of lockdown. But more importantly upon receiving a faulty plate, it was collected and replaced within 24 hours, which I thought was staggeringly good, expecting it to take some days or weeks to return and recieve a replacement.

Poor service Still awaiting a response a week later Re a question I asked Re max user weight on a power rack. Big delivery recieved , was expecting a call or an email to advise date of delivery so I could be present , unfortunately email went to junk previous day to delivery and my dad had to pick up the heavy delivery and put in the garage . General poor service , goods look quality but the service doesn’t seem to match .
