The bumper plates I bought are excellent! Just what I needed. They arrived ahead of schedule and when I had a delivery request, the person I emailed was quick to reply, and accommodated my request as much as possible. excellent customer service.

Delivery late. Bench doesn’t live up to the price at all, and is extremely high Off the ground making certain exercises like bench press uncomfortable because your feet don’t reach the ground comfortably, and I am 5ft 9 so average height. Overall disappointing service and product quality for a £700 bench.

I still haven’t received my item. I have contacted DPD and yourselves to resolve this but there has been no progress. The item has been in the DPD depot for 13 days and has been forgotten about - they even admitted this to me.
