Sep 12,2023We have been waiting 5 months for our end of year accounts and we have still not received them and it is causing massive issues. Countless messages ignored and video/phone calls with no action, I literally have no idea how to get this work completed. Be prepared to do all your own chasing for the work you are paying Osome to do. Deadlines ignored, promises not honoured and customer service is non existent.
