May 03,2023It can be difficult ordering online as you need to know that you can trust the seller but we wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Vijay kept us informed every step of the way and sent us drawings to approve before our earrings were made. Vijay told us when they were sent and gave us tracking details. They arrived in plenty of time. The earrings were a gift for our daughter and they were everything that we had hoped they would be, absolutely beautiful, the quality is outstanding and our daughter loves them.

I loved them so much I ordered a second pair. I just might order a third pair totally worth the money!!!!!!!!

The final product is great, super happy with it! I first wasn’t sure what to expect but it all exceeded my expectations :)

Mar 08,2023On the first of January, 2023, I decided that I needed to move forward in my Life; as I had lost my husband in September. It took almost a month to find Vijay from Ouros. On January 27th, I chose a setting for my ring, BRAVE FUTURE. This ring is symbolic of my needing to move into the future with brevity. It has taken almost 100 writings between Vijay and I in order to customize the setting and create the finished Good Luck talisman. The ring itself is a masterpiece...not too large or heavy. It covers the entire top of my ring finger, side to side with step cut baguettes and a 2.25 emerald cut center diamond. It is elegant and quiet, except for linear flashes when I turn my hand. The quality is exceptional. The team at Ouros are artisans that worked on CAD renderings, and then created a wax mold from the drawn design...just like the ancient Egyptians. Once the wax mold was created, they cast it in 14kt gold. Then the bench artisans turned the raw casting into a setting by filing and polishing it to perfection. After the setting was perfected, the lab grown diamonds, which are another wonder were set into the finished ring mount. ALL of these people are so talented and special...and Vijay is the conductor of this finely tuned orchestra...never missing a beat, dedicated to every last word that he writes to you. I can now move forward into my FUTURE while wearing my ring and feel the confidence that I need in order to be BRAVE and live my Life without my husband by my side. Thank you Vijay and Ouros. You have made this a very special journey for me.

May 06,2023I have to say I’m beyond impressed with this company from the service to the quality of the materials. I worked with Vijay to bring an item to life that I designed and he did that and more. All it took was a simple render and he took it from there making corrections and showing me different variations of what my design could look like with a few tweaks. Vijay informed me about every step of the process and sent me photos during every step. Im sorry but you can get the in the USA at a box Jewelry store. The service is by far the best I’ve had in the jewelry industry and we are already working on a second piece. Thank you Vijay, you and your wonderful staff.
