They arrived 2 days ago (I got expedited shipping and they arrived in about a week) and they are absolutely STUNNING. excellent price, (excellent and patient!) service, and an absolutely gorgeous pair of earrings that are exactly what I envisioned. Ouros will be my go-to jeweler going forward.

Mar 19,20215 out of 5 stars I have received my customized ring today after 2 months and I have been informed that the certificate would be shipped separately due to UPS policy. I initially bought a loose stone (pear shaped diamond) and got Vijay to customize it to fit into a halo pave setting. The ring is so gorgeous and the diamond sparkles! I’m so obsessed with the ring now. 😍 Thanks to Vijay and team for the hard work and a big shout out to Vijay for his prompt / immediate responses on all the questions and follow-ups. Pricing is reasonable as well would definitely come back for more! Highly recommended!

May 09,2021A couple of months ago I saw a beautiful diamond from Ouros Jewel's Etsy store. I contacted Vijay for more videos and ended up purchasing the diamond that night. The price was very, very good, even for a lab diamond. Throughout the next few weeks, Vijay worked on a custom setting for the diamond. We did all the communication over Whatsapp, and he is very responsive. I was sent the CAD after about a week, made some changes, and got the final CAD a few days later. The ring went straight into production and was complete approximately a month after I placed the order. I paid extra for expedited courier shipping and it arrived at my house a week later. The ring is beautifully made and the diamond really sparkles....you couldn't tell it wasn't a mined diamond. My stone didn't come with certification but would have if I asked. The price was more than fair, the best you'll find anywhere, and the craftsmanship is awesome. It's a very hefty ring (even in 10k white gold) so they didn't skimp on material. All measurements are as noted in the CAD. Love my ring, and will definitely be back for more projects in the future!
