A pre-paid delivery to Europe never reached its final destination, neither did we receive our money back nor was any alternative solution provided other than we could order again (and pay). We have no ETA, we do not get any updates - basically no progress at all. Looks like we have simply lost our money. Update: Dear Reviewers, The case is still unsolved, Ouros Jewels is only responding after several reminders but without any solution or feedback re next steps. Our rings are still somewhere in India, Ouros Jewels does not make any attempt to get them released and re-send to us to Continental Europe. This is extremely frustrating as we have already paid. Root cause is that Ouros did not properly declare the delivery (probably to save cost) - we definitely recommend to not buy from this seller, this is probably the most poor client service experience we ever made in our life.

The process was just as smooth this time and my brother in law loves the ring we ordered. As always, we received video updates at every stage of the production process and Vijay was quick to answer any messages and questions we had. I will absolutely continue to order from Ouros!
