May 27,2022Working with Vijay was once again WONDERFUL. His team designed a custom semi-mount exactly to the specifications I wanted. I always have online purchases authenticated just as a good practice. Once again, my local jeweler authenticated the diamonds as genuine lab grown diamonds. So for those leery of online diamond purchases, I can tell you this is my second purchase and both were authenticated as lab grown diamonds. I could not be happier with the amazing quality of the work! It's difficult to even capture the brilliance and sparkle of the diamonds. Simply put, just AMAZING!

Thank you for arranging the shipping, everything went well, the tracking number changed because it’s delivered by a third party, but at the end everything was fine. May 24,2022Genuinely couldn't have had a better experience. I sent Vijay several images of what I was wanting, gave him a budget and then he came back with centre stone options. Once the CAD drawings were confirmed it was probably 3 weeks before it shipped and then shipping was about a week. Finished rings are exactly as imagined and fit perfectly. The price point is amazing. This is actually my second purchase as I did a cheaper 'test' purchase to check quality...and so yeah the fact I went back sums it up I guess.

May 20,2022I had Vjay custom made me a 18k gold oval diamond trellis setting 3/4 eternity ring. While it took over two months from start to finish. It was well worth waiting for. Upon receiving it, I took it to a local gemologist to have it appraised. The item I received is exactly as described and promised, with amazing diamond qualities and shines beautifully. Its replacement value is also way above how much I purchased it for. I am very pleased with my experience. I asked for several changes to the CAD and each time Vijay and his team helped tweak the design to get me what I wanted without complaints. I can't stress how grateful I am for how patient this company is and how incredible the customer service experience has been. This is my second time ordering from them and I like this experience as much as my first. Second, the ring itself: The ring looks beautiful and it fit my stone well enough. I wanted the setting to be seamless but there are slight gaps once my stone was mounted. However, for the price, I got a great ring. I gave 5 stars as I can't really complain about the gaps I see as the overall look of the ring is lovely. Thank you for the great service.
