We (myself, my mother and my now fiancé) have bought four different diamond rings (including my engagement ring) along with several pairs of earrings from OurosJewels. You cannot compare when it comes to quality (and price) with any other company out there. We absolutely love all the pieces we've received from Vijay. Sep 12,2022Vijay was absolutely amazing throughout the order process. My order was a custom piece for my wedding band that needed to be delivered in 2 weeks, just in time for our wedding. Not only did Vijay always respond quickly, he was incredibly helpful and patient, and worked very closely with me throughout every step in the process. I got my gorgeous custom wedding band at a fraction of a cost that it would’ve been sold for at any US based jeweler, at an even better quality. I got SO many compliments at my wedding. The clarity and color are unmatched and it sparkles beautiful! I’m so happy with Vijay and the team. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Super sparkly diamonds and beautiful gold. craftsmanship is excellent. This time my necklace kept twisting so the diamonds don’t sit facing up. However, it’s not a big problem. Once I lay it on the right position, it’s showing beautifully.

I approached Vijay with my request for antique cut loose stones. He was very helpful and patient. He can be very direct and honest because good communication is everything when you are buying a product in this way. After some consideration the selected stones were shipped to me. Jul 29,2022I requested what I thought would be a simple request but had no idea all the detail and specs that went into custom pieces. Vijay & the Ouros team did an amazing job. My wife needed a replacement ring and this exceeded all expectations. Consistent communication was key because we ran into a hiccup out of our control with the shipping service, but Ouros came correct and made this whole "blind" shopping experience from the other side of the planet comfortable. From start to finish, the smile on her face reassured I did something right!

The process took three months because I was picky, didn't know what I wanted, second-guessed Ouros (when, as it turned out, they knew exactly what they were doing) .... I'm just glad they showed me such patience and kindness! Six CAD drawing and TWO 3-D molds/castings later, I fully expected to receive in the mail a ring that almost met my expectations (because I'm just that kind of person-- so annoying). Instead, this ring is 100% what I was hoping for. Perfect for me, and the best part is that I have a good feeling associated with the team that created it. When I look at my ring, I remember the collaboration, combined effort, and positive energy we all put into something that, at the end of the day, was just for me. Ouros offers a tremendous value, top quality materials, and aims to please. I shopped around for ringmaking services after buying the diamond from Ouros; local jewelers offered these same services at triple the price, and balked when I asked for 18K unplated white gold. Ouros never judged me; they just did what I asked of them, which was so very much appreciated.

It will be set into an Old Antique reproduction mounting. Looking forward to my next project with Vijay. The process was seamless, we worked thru WhatsApp for all of our communications. I love the simplicity of this design, the bezel setting, and the low profile. I hope to see more Asscher-cut pieces. I appreciated the communication over ordering this ring. Jun 17,2022Ouros Jewels make incredible top-quality jewellery and I can’t recommend them enough! Vijay is exceptional in his professionalism and his craftsmanship. I got in touch with Vijay to craft a customised engagement ring late last year. He replied quickly and we discussed the design and my budget, and he soon got back to me with a couple of options for the diamond. Once I’d selected the stone for the ring, Vijay made a CAD model and sent it over to see what I thought. I asked for a couple of changes and once I was happy I he got on with crafting the ring. Although there was absolutely no time pressure Vijay send me a progress picture within a couple of weeks, and by the following day the ring was finished! The ring is so amazing and everyone who has seen it has been blown away by the quality and finish of it! I really can’t recommend Vijay and Ouros Jewels enough. Vijay is so kind and accommodating and he puts in 110% effort to make sure that the jewellery he produces is flawless. I really felt by the end of the process that Vijay had become a friend and he was very excited that I would propose with one of his rings. It’s definitely worth getting in touch with him and the process of creating a ring was excellent.
