May 30,2024This company puts lower fares but after buying the ticket they call you several times to say that the fare for the baggage has not been accepted. It Happened to me that I bought extra baggage for $42 and they call asking for $200 because the airline rejected that payment. This is an unethical company, they do not provide what you purchased.

May 27,2024I won't buy anything else from Ovago due to the comepanies policies and the customer service they provide. Ovago knows how to take peoples money but don't have any customer care in place if anything goes wrong. I will be leaving bad reviews for ovago on all review sites.

May 26,2024My Personal Travel Expert (Kairum) has a full grasp and understanding of the needs of his passenger, like wheel chair request, from departure to layover and to arrival at travel destination. He will see to it that his passenger will get the wheel chair request comfort. Even gave reminder to bring a thin coat for the layover from 4:20 a.m. which is a low temperature time. The PTE has indicated his availability through out the flight so that he could help his passenger on any concern(s) that may arise. Even checked on food restrictions and preference. In short, PASSENGER COMFORT & SATISFACTION is their TOP PRIORITY. It gave me reassurance that I will have reliable assistance at my back anytime I have concern(s) during the flight and at arrival. He has communications channel to make it possible to be on top of the flight situation. And I noted his pleasant communication skills. I wish him luck! And GOD BLESS! I will not hesitate to recommend the travel agency to my friends and family.

Update: You're lying because I had to buy another ticket through the airline, 3 hours before the flight I needed to get on.

May 22,2024Terrible! I've been trying to book the same flight for two days and I have no idea if I have tickets or not! I want a refund, I'm going with a different website. Update - I went directly to JetBlue and for about $10 more I immediately got tickets with no hassle. Never going with Ovago again!

May 19,2024Wow. This is by far the WORST travel service I've ever encountered. I booked a flight for my daughter and needed to change the date. Their system is baroque. You have to submit a request, which they say they will answer in 24 hours (which is ridiculous enough), then the email they send goes to spam. i then had to resubmit the change request, wait another 24+ hours, got no response and when I contacted them, they said "Your request has expired." It's the 21st century for God's sake this is unlike and othe rtravel booking site I've used and I don't imagine it will be around for long becasue it is terrible! I'll never book with them again.
