Not gonna give a similar player another chance. 3/29/24 update: now Ovago says that if I don't provide more information, they may pull my review. Wow. Trying just to keep the good reviews, huh? Stop these games.
At first I was skeptical at following through with purchase of our family tickets, due to the price increase at checkout. I am reluctant and do not like to ‘chat’ yet Donald was really helpful helping me retrieve the same price and even customized my husband tix. He will be flying back sooner and we all still get to fly to Europe together. Very good customer service. Mahalo!
Horrible customer service. They got all my Information wrong and no matter how many times I called to correct them, they still didn’t correct them. You call them, they might answer you , but will never do what they say they will do. Also, don’t book with them because, they first get you a low price then they make you pay extra money just for their services. I did double check with the airlines they booked me the next day and tickets were still the same price for the same route , they just wanted to make more money. I will never book with them again no matter what, and I advise anyone to listen to other reviews before making a stupid mistake like me. You will be under their mercy, imagine they cancel your flight!? Airlines won’t change it for you because you booked through a third party, and they won’t answer your call or if they do , they will not help you rebook a new ticket.
They offer very nice customer service, especially Josie spent more than a few hours trying to find good offers on the market. I suggest working with her.

After a long research without finding what I needed for my flight arrangements for my trip with my family, I decided respond to the chat “do you need anything?” “What are you looking for ?” Amari was the representative that helped me and my search was over !!! Got the best option, excellent price and have to give Amari the 5🌟rate as she followed through and kept communicating with me until I had my process completed and ticked issued I will definitely reach out to her again and to Ovago for my next trip. Amazing customer service !!!!

My experience was great because I had a really good agent, Greyson. He helped me find a good flight at a reasonable price. He was patient, listened to me, answered questions and stayed with me the whole time. It was all in all a really good experience!

We booked flights in October, 2023, through Ovago to fly Alaska and Air NZ. It is now March, 2024. I have received NO notifications of flight changes from Ovago. I have checked my flights a few times before now and saw no changes. When I went in 5 days before the flight to check the status, flights had changed. NO notification to me. We now have a 30 minute connection at SFO from Domestic to International terminal. (What could go wrong?) On the trip home, they have us landing at first connection at 1 pm, and our connection leaving at 11 a.m. that morning, 3 hours BEFORE we land. At first, I was impressed with their quick response through the chat. They presented a new schedule. It was not nearly as good as our original, but I accepted it immediately because it was at least workable. 3 days later, we still have not had our update posted. After multiple chats, they have asked (again) for another 10-12 hours for them to continue to "send messages" to the carrier. WHAT?! I asked that they pick up the phone and get this worked out. They say they cannot talk to anyone, they just wait patiently for a message from the airline. This is a huge trip for us to New Zealand. We paid to upgrade our seats. Our tickets are non refundable. We are meeting a tour group the morning after we arrive, so we have very little flexibility. Lesson learned. I am normally an understanding person and I try to give a company the benefit of the doubt. I will never EVER use Ovago again. I used Ovago after using Google Flights to find our least expensive flight deal, then it suggested Ovago. Lesson learned. We are stressed and disappointed. When we are this close to taking off and it has been 3 days (we are supposed to fly day after tomorrow) their response should be that they will up-line this issue and resolve it immediately, not that they will continue to "exchange messages and wait for a response from the airline." Also, if by some slim chance we actually get to successfully fly, they have the wrong birthdate for my travel companion. For some reason it's displaying my birthdate for us both. They told me they fixed it, but it is still saying the wrong date. A ticket displaying the wrong birth date is a big deal when you are flying, especially internationally if your id doesn't match your ticket. I am a very unsatisfied customer.
Booking, # O902B8C I’ve booked a flight with these guys from Charlotte to Munich . flight got canceled last moments, due to the strike in Germany .so i expect a full refund ,I paid $120 for a seat , that I never got back, and $20 short for the ticket ,was told this it’s nonrefundable taxes, But the airlines company assured me that should’ve gotten a full refund ,go figure.

This agent(Riona) didn’t not leave enough information on the voicemail and then continuously tried to upsell services like trip protection and preferred seats when I expressly informed on an email that I am not interested. And on top tried to get referrals and future business after this poor interaction. Please train your agents better.
The misinformed me during the booking process! They said they would refund the fee that is incorrectly added but never did. Dealing with customer care in another country has been horrendous. Completely unprofessional.

Apr 01,2024Completely bad at getting back at you and not happy with the refund. Was only refunded not even half of my roundtrip ticket when they cancelled my flight and I had to find another one that was more expensive to go back home. They offered me back $160 for a roundtrip flight tht i paid 1,200 for. I received nothing for my inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend Ovago to anyone.
