May 16,2024If there was an option to say that WE WILL NEVER BOok with OVago again I, would choose that ! The worst customer service ever. Writing this bec. We needed help with a name addition and were willing to pay $100 for the reissuing of the ticket but they refuse to saying the airline would not allow it even when I told them that I called the airline myself and they said the third party needs to make the name change . Since this was an international flight and there were two airlines involved, I called both and got the same answer and told Ovago that but they refuse to listen and were adamant that they couldn’t do it even when I said we had get the airline on a conference call. At this time , I’m waiting to see if we can make our international flight .

May 15,2024THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS BOOKING WITH OVAGO. In September we booked a flight to Bali for a friend’s wedding on Singapore Airlines which left Las Vegas at 6pm for San Francisco to catch our flight to Singapore and transfer to Denpasar. On Feb 9 they changed the time of the Alaskan Airlines flight and never told us OR rebooked my wife on our new 12:30 flight so even if we HAD known, there would have been an issue. I checked the spam folder and there were no emails outside of the booking confirmation. When we called for help, they said talk to the airlines and took ZERO accountability for their mistake. We spent 4 desperate hours on the phone and Singapore airlines stepped up and booked us on a United flight that arrived 20 min earlier than our original September flight AND waived the fee to transfer to a different carrier. Had Singapore Airlines not stepped up we would have lost a lot of money on a hotel room and Ovago couldn’t have cared less. To the Ovago representative who’s reading this, we booked using my wife’s email so this is a real review and nothing in your reply is going to make any difference unless you completely refund our first flight that you screwed up. Any apologetic response should only be seen by other review seekers as a pandering attempt to look empathetic when you clearly didn’t care at all over the phone the day of our flight. So either refund my ticket and I will update my review or don’t contact me at all, because you’ll be wasting both of our time and you’ve certainly done enough of that already.

May 09,2024I just booked a flight with Ovago They charged my card and tried to put me on a differnt flight for more money This is a scam sight just like Foggy Fly they try to up sell on a published flight on on their website and it fake or to good to be true.. Scammers don't use this sight this is so frustrating

I made a birthday mistake this time since it was a new family member. Customer service was easy to reach and acted fast resolving the issue. Would use them more often.

May 08,2024I had booked a trip for 4 of us and I was concerned that the ticket status showed pending. 1 day after booking I spoke to a rep that tried to sell me additional upgrades which I was able to decline. They confirmed my ticket on the phone with the price I booked at and said the ticket should be processed shortly. 1 day later I get an email saying the prices have changed and they hope I understand. This is not acceptable, how can I be notified of a price change over a day after I booked and then be asked to pay higher or cancel.

May 06,2024!!!!! This company is a scam. AVOID!!!! They will quote you a lower price to get your business, then immediately increase the price in email asking if you want to confirm. Even if you DO NOT AGREE OR CONFIRM with the pricing, they will charge you the higher rate. When you go to ask for a refund , even if you got the insurance, they will deny the request and put you through the ringer and be " we will investigate " promise liars until it's "too late". ***AVOID OVAGO AT ALL COSTS*** ***UPDATE**** after HOURS of emails and phone calls I finally got a refund, but that's ONLY because I was persistent and a thorn in their side by calling out their shady practices. They get one more star , and thats the best They deserve.

May 06,2024The request for a change of name for my E-ticket due to change of status. It has been requested since March and until now no one is helping me. My flight is on May 31st, and no one cares and I have been calling every single day for long hours just trying to get hold of anyone. End up talking to different agent every time and end up passing to someone else and can't give me an answer. Very bad customer service. My first time to book travel to an agent and will be the last. I'm on the phone for an hour while writing this and still no answer....someone help and assist me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to some changes to my trip plans, I was able to make some changes to my existing bookings within the free 24-hour cancellation window. I received superb chat support specifically from Irma to resolve my requests in a timely manner. I will definitely go back to Ovago for future trip bookings.
