Feb 27,2024Thanks to Amari for making quick work of this flight-buying experience! I've been looking for many weeks, and Ovago had the cheapest flight. I was not expecting personalized service from a website like this. Edit: Hours after I purchased this flight, I was told the flight does not exist for that price. I should have known this was too good to be true. Be wary of lower prices that seem out of line with everything else. :(

Feb 25,2024If I could give them less stars I would. They were very unhelpful and delayed a response about my ticket for two weeks and then cancelled it after it had been booked for months. Leaving me in a foreign country and having to pay $1,400 extra just to get home. Very, very poor service. Will never use Ovago again and I would urge you to do the same.

Feb 23,2024I rarely write a review on Trustpilot, but I would give 5 Star here. While other brands called many times with inflation price on their quote price, Ovago's really fast and done less than 1 hour with great deal and no any disturb call. Great Job Ovago!

Feb 23,2024Do not buy any ticket from this company. I had a problem with them, I complained about my ticket. They told me to speak with the airline, when I spoke with them, they told me to speak to an agent. I spoke with them over 10 times and they weren’t resolving my problem while I was on hold with them for over half an hour and then they cut the call several times. It looks like I’m a hockey player passing the puck to James to John and John to James. Skyscanner.com needs to look at this website.

To start, the app displayed a seemingly reasonable price, but the moment I inputted all my information, including credit card details, the price magically increased. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only frustrating but also misleading, giving the impression of a complete lack of transparency in their pricing. The customer service experience was equally disheartening. Upon reaching out for assistance, I encountered a rude and unhelpful team. Rather than addressing the issue, they chose to argue about the possibility of price fluctuations. While I understand that prices can vary, a sudden increase ranging from $300 to $400 is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the app's legitimacy. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Ovago for any transactions. The app's deceptive pricing practices and uncooperative customer service make it a risky choice, and I regret the time and effort I wasted on this unreliable platform. In conclusion, Ovago proved to be a nightmare, and I sincerely hope others can avoid falling victim to their questionable business practices.

After talking to someone for 10 mins it gets booked. 20 minutes later I get an text saying the price increased by $500, and was told I should book now to be sure it wouldn't increase again. F****** AWFUL. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE Then they reached out to say sorry but prices fluctuate...They increase by $500 in the matter of minutes???? That's funny because I bought the same ticket on MYTRIP.com(I highly suggest and will use again) for the original price. Websites like OVAGO use your location and see where you're looking to fly to and from, then they UP the price of that specific flight just for you. No joke. Look it up. It happens all the time with websites like Ovago. Next time you're on a flight just ask the person next to you how much they paid for their ticket LOLOLOL. The disparity in price is huge sometimes just because of how much the websites like 'OVAGO' can get away with charging you. Continually change your VPN is my best advice. And NEVER use OVAGO.com. Hope this helps anyone trying to travel and not get screwed over by websites like Ovago.

Feb 13,2024I was having a very hard time booking flights through Frontier and other travel websites. I finally found Ovago through the Kayak app and started a chat with Cara to book my flight. I worked with her to select the flights I wanted and she kept me updated in the very early morning to make sure I was ok with the price and times of the flights. I really didn’t expect to hear much from her after our chat ended but she answered all my questions and helped me choose my seats, enter my KTN, etc. I can’t give Cara high enough praise for the hard work she put in to help me book my flight. Thank you so much Car!

Feb 13,2024Started having trouble with OVAGO from the very start. Booked a flight to SE Asia and everything was fine or so they said. Went to the various airlines to select all the seats for the flight. EVA Airlines charged 400 dollars just to pick seats. OVAGO failed to confirm some of the flights and will not fix their GLITCH to this very day. We still do not have confirmed flights even though we paid for them 2 months ago. Supposed to fly out in 11 days and I don't think it will happen. I would request a full refund but do not believe they would honor the request even though this mess is their fault.

Feb 08,2024I found them through skyscanner. For the longest time, I thought it was a spam site. However, I could not have asked for better service. My agent, Cornelius saved me about $500 to my trip to Bali and then helped me book extra legroom seats with the savings! I couldn't have found better service even if i was looking for it.

Feb 08,2024Wow I just booked a flight through Ovago expecting it to be a low service, third party booking engine. More like a travel agent of old! They rang me within an hour to update me that the flight I booked wasn't available but they'd found another for the same flight. She then double checked if there was a cheaper option because of the shift of airports in the layover. Both options were sent via email while she was on the phone to me. I did pay the $14 extra for fast customer service but this was definitely above and beyond.
