Seit mehreren Wochen versuche ich mit Euch Kontakt aufzunehmen und ihr antwortet nicht auf Emails, geschweige denn auf Anrufe (alle angegebenen Telefonnummern sind nicht erreichbar). Es wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn Ihr unfähigen Mitarbeiter es hinbekommen würdet eine anständige Kontaktadressen zu hinterlassen. Es wäre schön, wenn Ihr eine Email Adresse beziehungsweise eine Telefonnummer angeben könntet, damit man sich mit einem Mitarbeiter in Verbindung setzen kann.

My Package has been in Basildon for 8 days now! What is going on?
Hi, My parcel from US got to France and failed in delivery twice while there was someone present at the address. The tracking app said to contact the carrier but there was no card left in my mail box and I couldn’t figure out the carrier in charge either from the P2P or aftership app. Trying to call the P2P customer service by phone or email and indeed nothing worked. I finally got a notice from the French post later and got my parcel... a long way to get to know which carrier is in charge, it would be really appreciated if you make more efforts on your app to let people know who carries packages.

Hi, I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday (31st March, 2021) but haven't received it yet. I have been tracking but the date got changed to today (1st April, 2021). The tracking says it is in Basildon Depot and clicking on 'View More Tracking' takes me to Hermes' page where it says 'We're expecting it'. FIC Tracking no.: PRO1083GB00013129501 Tracking No.: 8818091816392387 I ordered it early so I'd get it before public holiday. And also this is within UK so I was expecting it to arrive on time. Three packages have gone missing. I was told they were held up due to Brexit. Two were going to France and one to Sweden all from the USA. They were shipped almost three months ago!!! I was given three tracking numbers that worked on the trackmytrakpak website, but when FedEx redirected that domain to their own FedEx Cross Border website all of the sudden the three tracking numbers stopped working and there was no record of the packages. Where are they?!?! People seem to experiencing the same issues here. My delivery was expected on the 29th, but had been stuck at the Basildon depot since that morning, with no updates to the status since then. I have chased my retailer on three of four occasions, with no response, and FED ex directly, but they can’t assist as the tracking numbers provided don’t relate to anything on there system. This company is, by the looks of other reviews on here, quite appalling - both in the turnaround of parcels, and the lack of response. Please can I have an urgent update - I have paid in excess of 240.00 for goods of which I have no idea when or if they’ll arrive.
