Awful, awful service. Claim to have delivered my parcel but it has not been delivered. There is no way of contacting them telephonically to find out what is happening. The link to their tracking numbers come up as a security compromised link and is blocked by virus software. Deeply suspicious that I been conned. Do not use them. Ever.

Mar 10,2023If I could put 0 stars I would, like previous reviews I got email of attempted delivery 09/03/ at 14.17. I was here all day, have security cameras a ring doorbell with camera and nobody called. I have contacted the retail supplier to report and apparently it will be out for delivery today. I’ve asked that they at least ring me to let me know they are there, they have my postcode so shouldn’t have a problem anyway. Amazing how all reviews have exactly same complaints Replying to your comment on above, it is now 18th April. Item was to be delivered 9th March, tracking said it had attempted delivery, as explained no attempt made. It did eventually arrive day after..
