Je me demande bien ce que vous faites avec mon colis! J'ai commandé un article le 28 mars(LG0 000 782 630) qui par la suite a été expédié le lendemain par le fournisseur(qui se situe au Royaume-Uni). Ma commande qui était censé arrivé entre le 2 et 6 avril (tout en sachant que la France ne se trouve pas à l'autre bout de l'hémisphère mais à 2h de Londres) n'est toujours pas arrivé or que vous êtes déjà à 3 jours de retard!!! Sachez que lorsqu'il y a retard de livraison, l'article L.216-2 du code de la consommation s'applique. Enfin, lorsque je suis ma commande(dont j'ai fortement besoin), je constate que depuis le 3 avril elle est toujours "en transit" à Venlo. Je veux bien savoir se qui se trame avec mon colis. J'espère que ce problème sera réglé.

Et oui...que faites vous avec mon colis 0140NL46287463901 pris en charge le 26 mars Le fournisseur me confirme bien que vous avez le colis en main, cela fait 14 jours qu'il est en transit sur le suivi.....pour traverser la Manche vous devait utiliser utiliser une barque, c'est quand même pas le bout du monde pour envoyé un colis Angleterre au Nord de la France

Colis en stand-by depuis 9 jours je poste ici car vous semblez réactifs et j'apprécie cela. je ne donne pas de mauvaise note pour l'instant mais je constate selon le suivi que mon colis est " immobile " depuis 9 jours. La dernière info que j'ai date du 30/03 et indique " departed geras ltd ". Je sais même pas ou il se trouve. Le numéro de suivi est GER0140NL82536479701 Ça commence à m'inquiéter Pouvez-vous me donner plus d'infos, merci.

Boa tarde, Desde segunda feira que tentam vir entregar uma encomenda mas como estive a trabalhar não estava em casa. Hoje estive em casa desde as 11:00h e deixaram um papel no correio a dizer que tentaram entregar a encomenda as 12:00 como se não estivesse ninguém em casa. Acho ridículo, eu estava em casa a espera da encomenda e agora vou ter de esperar ainda mais tempo porque o vosso colaborador não quis tocar a campainha.

Pacco spedito il 30 marzo, fermo da più di 48 ore a Venlo in "site scan". Ho pure pagato la spedizione garantita in 6 giorni lavorativi. Abominevole. CRC0063GB00602051301 ------ Aggiornamento: pacco arrivato ieri. Salvo solamente il servizio clienti molto disponibile e puntuale nella risposta.

Pagato per spedizione celere (5-6 giorni) il 25 marzo. Bloccato il tracking come site scan al 2 aprile a Venlo. Imbarazzante.

This is the worst service I had been using so far. More like Middle Age. 16 days in transit, even with two days of bank holiday it's loads. I am just wandering if it will reach the destination one day of will be lost!!? Last update is from 25 March routed to destination, sent by me at 23 March. Customer service is a joke as nobody is responding and yes I checked spam bin at my email. Whatever you will advice it's just to waste my time - that's it. TOP5793GB00047222301 that's the order number - I am waiting for update. Don't tell me to contact with the company as I am working at this company!!! And I know how P2P is sending parcels!!!

Vor über 30 Tagen bei Zavvi bestellt und wie bei allen anderen hier auch, immer noch nichts erhalten... HUT2090GB76314816701 Was ist das für ein schlechter Lieferdienst? Regelt das, damit ich und auch die anderen unsere Ware bekommen und verweist nicht einfach an andere Services. Das scheint ja kein Einzelfall zu sein. Zu der Antwort von P2P: Bringt mir nichts, wenn ihr mir genau das sagt, was ich auch selber über das Tracking sehen kann. Und der Hinweis, dass ich noch ein paar Tage warten soll ist wohl auch ein schlechter Scherz... ich denke ich habe lang genug gewartet. Kurzer Nachtrag: Ist nach 46 Tagen reinem Postweg dann doch mal angekommen. Schwer zu sagen ob sich das Problem von alleine gelöst hat oder ob Zavvi und/oder P2P nach mehrere eMails dann doch was bewirken konnten.

My parcel has been sat in the Fedex cross border process centre BASILDON, SS15 6TR SINCE 19TH OF MARCH, item ordered on the 10th! It is now hitting a month long delivery with no updates to any avail! I don’t know why am giving this courier service a star my package from ASOS has bn 22 days in transit. No updates whatsoever. We poor service. Package was suppose to arrive and up till now nothing. Olá! Venho por este meio público tentar obter uma resposta por parte da transportadora da minha encomenda. Realizei a compra no dia 15 de Março de 2021 e tenho feito o "tracking" e até tem tido alguns updates, só que agora está à 7 dias em Venlo a fazer "site scan" e já era suposto ser entregue no dia 1 de Abril. Gostaria de saber o ponto de situação da minha encomenda e quando está previsto chegar. Agradecia a vossa resposta. The order parcel has been in transit for 11 days now, which is considerably longer than the shipping time advertised by both FedEx and the merchant. I have also not received any update on the tracking page with the only message showing that the order has been sent. No update or anything seems like the parcel has been lost.
