I resolved my issues, ordered by phone and received bulb the very next day (also tracking was available). More over they order for me replacement glass for my lovely light - which I am about to received once it approaches the UK.

Feb 22,2024Retro lighting of reasonable quality, however all 3 shades were damaged on the corners so clearly packing was unsatisfactory. Company acted expeditiously in agreeing to send out three replacement shades. However it would have been more useful in not having to spend time emailing and preparing to send items back.
