Mar 24,2024I purchased a floor lamp with three LED lamps just before Xmas last year. Last week one of the LED lamps started to dim and then stopped working. I messaged the company on Monday and they asked next day to email a picture of said lamp which I did. I got another email to let me know this was being resolved. On Friday morning a new lamp arrived at my home. If only every company was as efficient.

Mar 21,2024Broke a glass shade on a 5 arm ceiling light purchased 7-8 years ago. Couldn't give them name of light only a photo. Within a few days they came back to me saying they had found a replacement glass. Sent out and delivered next day. Excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Mar 17,2024Bought a 5 lantern candelabra. The light itself is fine. However I agreed to 5 of the pagazzi E14 warm white bulbs. I probably should’ve asked more questions before agreeing (at £6 per bulb!) but assumed they would be good quality. They were 370 lumens each which is nowhere near enough. I took back to swap and was told for e14 the strongest they had was cold white equivalent to 60w. This is still only 400lumens and looks rubbish. I will buy online at a fraction of the price to replace. So light is nice and works, but watch out for the bulbs.

Mar 30,2024Great item ordered only and carefully delivered by courier. It did have issue with the hangers for the mirror in the wrong place, a goodwill part refund was given and the hanger moved by myself. Perfect now and looks great
