One massive disappointment, they didn’t have the bulb that was on display with one of the fittings we bought and was told they wouldn’t be coming back in, why have that bulb on display then!!!!!!!!! 😡

He found a matching shade for a base I already had . Explained fully the exchange refund policy . Never made me feel rushed or under pressure to buy .

You can even order replacement parts for most items and a good price too. I would certainly recommend Pagazzi lighting to anyone.
