Apr 05,2024lighting floor lamps were delivered fairly quickly, however, one of them hadcspaarks flying out when switching on and was quickly disconnected from the socket! After a quick call to customer services a replacement was ordered and sent out within a few days , this was also jinxed as it arrived damaged, not down to suppliers but rough delivery people.

Apr 02,2024Your online site advertised alot of your lines in the sale. I bought one only then a coiple of days later to be told it was out of stock and delisted in the same paragraph. Great you gave me a refund, i would rather of had the light. Some needs to be accountable for updating your online file. A day or two later a huge amout of product was removed

Mar 30,2024The build quality of the lights was disappointing for the price but they look stunning when lit up. I didn’t realise they could be dimmed too which is an added bonus. I really love them! When I contacted Pagazzi about the build quality they offered to exchange the items which I believe was really great customer service. I will however mention that the email address for contract on their website was incorrect and came back undelivered, then when I spoke to someone she was unable to action anything without speaking to her supervisor the following day. They did ring me back (a day later than promised) and sort it all out so I’m happy with their customer service. I’ve just deducted the one point for the difficulties I encountered. I have not since checked the contact email address again as the last I initially spoke to said she would report this error so fingers crossed this won’t be a problem encountered by anyone else.
