Nov 05,2023Ordered this lamp online and when it arrived the base was dented. Disappointed that even though I could have returned to a store you were allowed to, they don’t refund your money, you have to wait for it to be received back at the warehouse. Still waiting for refund!

Nov 03,2023I bought a pagazzi light because it was LED and dimmable. I fitted it with a different brands dimming switch and it didn’t dim. I then bought and fitted it with a pagazzi dimming switch (off of the recommendation from one of their team members) - It still didn’t dim . After reaching out to the pagazzi team they confirmed that the light had been advertised wrong and didn’t dim. After a lot of back and forth from their team I managed to return the switch. Whilst the people who work there were helpful it was a lot of drama and although I like the light I wouldn’t buy from them again as I don’t believe what they advertise on their website.

Nov 03,2023Ordered a bedside lamp which arrived on Sunday. I put it together on Monday and realised the lamp shade wouldn't stay in place, upon inspection I noticed that the base for the lamp shade was broken and caused the lamp shade to lean. I emailed on Tuesday and I'm still waiting for a reply.

Oct 31,2023The store is beautifully set out. Lovely variety in all price ranges The assistant who served us was very helpful but by no means pushy. Got the 2 lamps I needed + the bulbs that were required. I had an important call came through during payment transaction so had to hold off and resume when ready.The assistant was so understanding, didn't phase her whatsoever. We only went browse, however, bought, paid for and delivered free 2 days later. A worthwhile visit and will go back again to Pagazzi in Aberdeen with no hesitation.
