Oct 10,2023I ordered a sample and received an email to confirm the order. A few days later, a salesman emailed me to ask if I received the order and asked if I had any questions. I replied to inform them that I hadn’t received the sample yet and somebody replied to say “we not got the sample in”. So it was never going to arrive! Not a great first impression

Oct 10,2023We bought matching table and floor lamps. Once we got home and fitted bulbs we noticed that the colour of the inside of shaded were different. One was white inside and the other yellowish. We went back to shop today to discuss this but the store has been closed down. Hopefully a few emails will be able to sort things out. The actual store experience was excellent. Its just the issue with different coloured shades that's an issue. If you're buying from a store make sure it's will still be around a matter of days later.

Oct 10,2023Ordered lighting for lounge. 2 sets of lights with 5 bulbs in each. Ordering was easy and delivery very quick. I was a bit reluctant to order on-line as I like to see the quality of what I’m buying. I had looked at local diy stores but quality was poor. I was reluctant to pay a great deal as I needed 2 lights. Well, I am so delighted with these lights. They are traditional and excellent quality. My husband found them easy to fit and there was even a tool to help tighten things up. Would definitely recommend this company.

Oct 09,2023I accidentally bought the wrong type of wall light fixtures online and when the electrician came to fit them a month later he broke the bad news. I was really upset as I’d eyed the light fixtures for 6 months before buying, Upon getting in touch with the company via email and following it up with a phone call. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Issued me a credit note after I dropped off the unused lights at my local store (staff were so understanding and professional) and then rang me a few hours later to ensure I could use the credit note. Products themselves are fantastic and great additions to my living room. I worried that such a small lightbulb for the wall lamps wouldn’t give off much light but I was proved wrong. Lighting is excellent. Floor lamp really adds something to my living room too. Happy with the price I paid! Great experience all round. Will definitely be buying from Pagazzi again!

Oct 07,2023The lamp I received was not properly constructed, meaning the shade did not sit in the centre of the lamp base Pagazzi agreed to send a replacement base however the replacement was in a worse condition that the first one, the connection for the shade holder was bent so there was no way the shade could be fitted. Having had enough I asked for a refund which was agreed however they expected me to package it up and send it back. With no box or packaging how could I do that? Find suitable packaging they said. Not practical with one of their larger table lamps! I phoned the local store who agreed I could return it there for onward transmission to the warehouse. No such offer was made by the warehouse team, disappointed at that when it was clear the item was difficult to package
